That is the reason why I want to present you to stand as the beneficiary foreign contractor to complete on my behalf this payment approval processing in order to enable the payment approval department of the National public Contract procurement Board to issue to the paying Bank the final release order of the contract funds in your favor, thus facilitating immediate transferring of the funds to the bank account which you will provide.... the payment mode is bank to bank 100% wire transfer so All bank transferring charges will be deducted from the principal funds by the bank.
