There was Mr. Martua Abbas Nasution a deceased contractor who was unpaid contract balance payment with a total sum of $5.500.000.00 (FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATE DOLLARS) for supply and installation of Industrial Equipment to our Industry who died a month after the completion of the contract project without any registered business partner in his file. Mr. Martua Abbas Nasution a nationality of Indonesia died as the result of a heart-related condition on March 12th 2009. His heart condition was due to the death of all the members of his family in the tsunami disaster on the 26th December 2004 in Sumatra Indonesia.
