I wonder how does the scam play out after you send them the signed document?

i also have received 2 days ago the same email from a person in Canada named ; Almaghe Teberiu Octavian ,email ; [email protected]

he sent first a template of MoU ( Memorandum of understanding to be signed as an ICPM after that he sent me the same email .
he called me few times to convince me that its serious and trustable ,
