Without looking deeply at it, it seems more like a site that is not providing funding, but instead is claiming it will assist you in finding funding--and it is yet another business that claims to build/repair credit. levels. NO reputable loan company that is actually issuing a loan requires advance fees to obtain a loan. Reputable companies also don't typically need to place ads all over on Craigslist, either.
They are not a fortune 500 company, but chose that name to fool unsuspecting people into thinking they are.
In addition to the "funding" ads, they have placed employment ads, looking for marketing interns (no salary, commission only) and a receptionist:
