I got this little Lovely in my inbox today. I am positive it's a scam, so I thought I would share.

Thanks for posting this information. The "Chevron Texaco Oil and Gas Company" name has been used many times by scammers. The example you have provided will likely lead to a fake grant scam or a lottery scam. A search on the UK redirect anywhere contact number: +44 702 409 8748 reveals that it has been used before here and here.
