Regarding Late Senator Kennedy

A very usual Advance Fee Fraud scam, but what I dislike particularly is that this scammer uses the real name of a deceased person

The scammer pretends to be in London, but he uses a +4470... redirect UK phone number, which means he can be anywhere on Earth.
