The late Engr Jochen Krüger appears in many scam mails from different names and email addresses. This scammer, like many others using the name of Jochen Krüger, suggests that you might have met the Engineer at some time in your life, or maybe one of his friends suggested your name to him as a beneficiary of his will.
He says that this is his third email to you, but, actually, nobody has attempted to contact you twice before - this is just to give you the impression not only that you are the correct recipient of this email, but also that this is your last chance to receive your inheritance.
It is all a lie. The scammer will tell you there are fees to be paid before the inheritance can be released to you. But there is no inheritance. The scammer just wants your money.
