It is very unlikely that this scammer is in Greece. The IP is not reliable as it belongs to a Satellite internet service so the sender could be almost anywhere but chances are he is in West Africa. The standard advice still applies. If I may slightly alter an historical phrase. "Beware of strangers bearing gifts".
