It's probably genuine. But that doesn't matter as it's wether or not you'd make any money which is the question. In fact, it's highly unlikely that you would even make your money back.

I'd steer clear of them like the plague.

Hmm. I don't know, it sounds too good to be true to me.

25$ to answer a single email makes no sense. It sounds like an internet version of one of those "envelope stuffing" jobs.

This is one of those "get rich quick" schemes where only the person who started it every gets rich. The others (the lucky ones) may get a $ or 2 out of it.

It's like a franchise, but selling nothing other than the concept.

You get a website that carries the same content as everyone else. You need to send emails (but it's not spam) to people or post on forums etc. Then people who click the link get your "page" and if they supply their details, you get an email to "process". If you then convince them to register and pay the fee to join, then you might get paid.
