My employer Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc (http://www.inovio.com) is into the production of various ranges of Vaccines and Anti-viral drugs. We offer product-specific technology licenses for our conjugation, polymer and de-immunization technologies following feasibility studies, and collaborative programmes. Stimulating the body’s immune system remains INOVIO one of the most promising approaches to addressing the unmet needs of cancers, HIV, hepatitis C virus, and other chronic infectious diseases. Our synthetic vaccine technology platform is progressively showing its potential to establish a new paradigm to prevent and treat these life-altering diseases. Our growing pipeline of vaccine candidates based on this technology has now advanced to phase II clinical studies. These vaccines could potentially protect millions of people from sickness or death due to disease.

BUSINESS PROPOSAL:
I used to visit your country in my former capacity as the Procurement Officer of the company to procure the raw materials uses in producing vaccines in large quantity for the past 24 months before i was promoted to Director Research and Development and subsequently transferred to our European production headquarters in London.

The company is in very urgent need of immediate supply of the following vaccines production raw material Seeds below;

UBROSIA SEED and ACROBIUM SEED

UBROSIA SEED is a plant in the family Raphia Farinifera and ACROBIUM SEED is a plant in the family Fabaceae family. Both seed extracts was discovered to be very essential and has major active component used in developing Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and VIROSOME vaccines.

The Chief Operating Officer, (Dr. Niranjan Y. Sardesai) of the company asked me to forward the contact details of the Farmer in your country who supplies the raw materials to us to the procurement department to enable them place order for the seeds which I'm deliberately delaying to act as instructed for some reasons i will explain below.

During my visits to India together with Chief Operating Officer, (Dr. Niranjan Y. Sardesai) to purchase the seeds before i got transferred, I use to work with one Mr. Manoj Gupta as a business agent whom I present to the Company as the local farmer who cultivates the seeds because I do not want any other staff of the Company except me to have direct access to the original farmer who cultivate the seeds. The local farmer sales the seeds Rs.153,000 per 250gms, while I instructed Mr. Manoj Gupta to sale to my Employer at the rate of $7,900. After each successful transaction I do share the difference on the price sold to the my Employer 50% to each party, however after the success of last 2 transactions Mr. Gupta disappeared with my fair share of 50% and I have not communicated with him since then as I cannot trace him.

The company is in urgent need of immediate purchase of the above mentioned seeds and want to send the Company's newly promoted purchase officer.

MY PROPOSAL:
I need a reliable/credible Indian residence whom i will send his credential to the Procurement Department for approval as the local farmer of the Raw Materials in India and use my new position within the company to influence the management to contract the supply order in your favor. Since Mr. Gupta failed to keep to our agreement of sending my share of the difference on the price he sold to the company, therefore i need you to play the role of business agent if you agree to take up this opportunity.

YOUR ROLE:
Once you agree to take up this offer, I will forward your credentials together with recommendation letter to the procurement department and they will contact you to discuss the business and will request for a quotation from you. Once the Company accepts your proposal, they will send the procurement officer to your country with a 12 months renewable Retainer-ship Agreement which guarantees you the right to source and supply all the company raw materials requirement in the next 3 years. Thereafter you will buy the minimum quantity of the both seed from the local farmer for sampling and show it to the company Purchase Officer for inspection. The company purchase officer will examine the seed samples you have, once he confirm the seed samples are of the right specifications the Company requires, he will release 60% of the total cost of the order to enable you mobilize the whole seed and supply to him which you will use to buy all the remaining seeds from the farmer and the balance of 40% will be fully paid at the time of taking delivery.

Once I recommend you to the Company, the Procurement Department will contact you to discuss the transaction, and negotiate payment & delivery terms with you, once satisfied, approval letter will be issued to you to supply the above mentioned raw material.

The most beautiful aspect of this transaction is that it will be an additional business opportunity outside your specializations as it does not interfere with your present job. This is just a part time offer and can be best describe as work from home bases. Most of the transaction were done on Saturdays so that you will have time. We purchase the product once every 3 months. The business is lucrative without any risk, we will make over 200% profit in any successful transaction between us and the company.

Note that the sample you are going to show the procurement officer will be your sole responsibility. You are going to buy the sample from the farmer with your money.
