LOL - I am Alive,but this Fool has been Brain Dead awhile. :=)

This is one of those really sad attempts, they actually ask
YOU ( the receiver) if you are Dead or Alive, then he opens
the letter with asking "How are you" ?
Then they want Money - Read below.
