Open the link and click on Login by the right hand side and access the account with the details and you can see her account , but before anything you need to provide the Change of Ownership Certificate and Certificate of Deposit . After receiving this certificate this would enable us to change the account holder name to your name .

Contact your Attorney for this Certificate he should know how to apply for them . Attached is my ID .
