This is elaborate but still a scam, No chance Mrs. Arafat would be contacting anyone she doesn‘t know about giving away 25.4 million. Once again someone using tragedies to try and steal money from honest people. Don't be fooled, if you send any money to this person the only place it will go is into their pockets.
