Yes, it is a fraud/scam. Thank you for posting it here richard4464. Hopefully you posting it here will help someone who might think it is real.

One clue is that Central Bank of Nigeria (which is real) does NOT use Yahoo to contact. Also , you know it is a scam when you receive an offer to pay you for something you did not do.

When in doubt, insert all or part of an email you get into a Google search window -- if you start to see the same language or something very close to it popping up on either ScamWarners or another scam site, you'll have your answer very quickly.
