XXX, am not too sure if you grasped the key points in the Contract. It is a Ledger to Ledger (Bank to Bank) Transaction and the Gold is safely present at a secure storage/warehouse monitored by HSBC Hing Kong.

Its ideal to not complicate things and abide by the protocol enlisted in the contract for a smoother transaction and not counter propose. If you still insist that you need to see the Proof, you will have to travel to Hong Kong for the same but all this can be taken into consideration provided you sign the contract (which is just a mere formality without any payment obligation or undertaking) and then you can request your Bank to send a MT799 to the Seller's HSBC bank where Both Banks will liaise directly with each other and confirm the presence of the Bullion and the Funds from the Buyer's side. Lastly, its not going to serve the purpose anyways if you request for proof beforehand without expressing any interest, reason being the Seller on the other hand will request to see the Proof of Funds from your side to purchase the 200 MT AU Bullion. This is the melting point where the deal slips away, hope you got my point, if not let me know I'm more than happy to clarify.

I can give you a full assurance that you are in Safe Hands and as I said every aspect will be handled by the respective banks and there is no burden of FOB or CIF because once the transaction is made, The Title Deed would be transferred to the Buyer and SKR will be issued to the Buyer without fail for 100% ownership.

A quick Google shows that the price of gold is around $42500 per KG, so this dumb scammer Cihangir Tekcan claims to be selling $8.5 billion worth of gold using just free email addresses and a mobile phone number. I'm not an expert on gold, but I really doubt that is how it is traded.

I also doubt that legitimate businessmen selling even a fraction of that amount of gold would be spamming LinkedIn with their ridiculous deals.

I think that the fact we have identified you as the scammer you are is more than evidence that we won't be your witnesses.

10) At the Buyer's request, we would be pleased to include a Two Percent (2%) penalty clause for non-performance, to be based on the purchase value of the Lift amount. Please keep in mind the following -

1) The minimum permissible Lift amount is 200 MT of product. That is a roughly $8 Billion USD purchase payable, in full, on closing. Unfortunately, we cannot supply smaller Lift amounts.

2) This being refined bullion - as opposed to raw gold or low-purity dore bars - we do not provide CIF terms of delivery. Bullion is sold FOB only.

3) The product documents are held at the Seller's Bank. For security and privacy reasons, POP/POF are confirmable "bank-to-bank" once contracts have been lodged at the Bank and the Buyer has cleared Bank compliance. This ensures that only Bank-qualified Buyers "ready, willing and able" to fulfill the contract gain access to the Seller's confidential product information.

4) We require that Buyers follow the Seller's terms and conditions. Otherwise, unfortunately, we are unable to supply product to the Buyer. Not because the Seller's terms and conditions are necessarily superior; they may not be. But because, this being a government-affiliated offering, there are Sovereign accords in place that dictate the conduct of sale.
