We can monetize, on a non recourse basis, BG's and SBLC's from certain select low rated non-rated Banks provided that the following criteria are met:
1.The instrument must be able to be Swifted by MT-760. No other delivery method is acceptable for this program. ZERO FRAUD Tolerance.
2. Minimum size is $100 M USD.
3. The borrower has a verifiable RWA Letter from the issuing bank stating that the Bank is RWA to issue a MT-760.
4. All the fees have been paid to the bank for the instrument to be swifted.
5. Serious RWA clients only. No tire kickers please.
