Spams TripAdvisor, Forums, Message Boards, YouTube, etc, offering a fake Visa service. Requires upfront payment (of circa $500 USD) via Western Union. Based in Nigeria. Uses UK redirect number to conceal his real phone number: +447024032658 / 07024032658 Becomes defensive and abusive when questioned.
