The below is an excerpt of an extremely long email, full of rubbish that was designed to try and get the main scam part past the spam filters:
New group - International Offshore Paymaster
For many deals you may want to have someone pay the commissions in a way that doesn’t attract attention to yourself or in a tax haven so that you can plan your tax arrangements and management. The INTERNATIONAL OFFSHORE PAYMASTER is a consortium of accountants and attorneys who provide a great service and have accounts around the world, trust accounts, escrow service accounts, paymaster services, as well as a repository for small cap platforms. Please don’t inundate them with requests for two way swifts etc. they will simply send them to the authorities. They will however provide short term paymaster services anonymously for you. Bill Short is the CEO: [email protected]. I have just used his service for a currency exchange deal where I didn’t want the buyer to know the seller, simple, cheap and easy.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Note: The following post is written by the scammer himself in his scam emails to avoid losing victims. I am posting it here to show how low these scum are willing to go to lie in order to keep their "business". Scamwarners does not and never will charge money to have posts calling out lowlife scammers and online thieves taken down

(From Mr Idiot "Moh Perez")

“Scamwarners” is a blog on the net that hijacks your website or emails and announces it is a scam. The only way you can have your name deleted it to pay them money. Just look at the face of the originator. Some very honest people have been defamed but in cyber space it is hard to counteract, especially as it actually comes from Nigeria. He doesn’t like me and when I searched down through the management, they require payment by Western Union to eliminate your record, so treat these with some suspicion.

Do not send money (especially Western Union Money Gram) to a stranger on the Internet! It's a scam! No matter the reason! Don't trust them!

DO NOT tell a scammer his information is posted here or you know he is a fraud

Another comment from this dumb scammer's newsletter
My subscription list is now over 12,000

I wonder how many of those 12,000+ actually subscribed - I know that the 4 email addresses of mine that are being spammed didn't - they were harvested from websites.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Here's the whole damn email, "new" for 2019. Perhaps a moderator will update the thread title.

Subject: I only write to you to help you make some money -This is my first
letter for 2019.

I am changing my strategy now that I am fully retired. I will continue to give advice freely. There are few bankers with my experience. Forty years of banking, I have seen it all.

But in future I will also be adding a fee obligation based on a success fee for all introduced deals in the future. It won’t be a lot, but we all have to live. This is a fundamental change to what I did in the past, but I have finished my assignments with the banks now and fully retired. So expect some margin for me if we succeed.

I sought to make my newsletters worth something, by making money for people. Some are making 200k per month based on my recommendations. But so many of my readers are simply trying to use the internet to make money when they have no understanding of the markets they are in. Trying to send contracts that have been written by broker jokers and have never been checked by anyone. I have seen some really silly contracts in 2018, which with a bit of common sense, would not even have been sent to me.

Again, as I always say, if you don’t want my newsletter just say so, we have a good system now of eliminating your name. However, sometimes when we get names via LinkedIn, it may reappear. It is not that we are not respecting your wishes; it is just that brokers send us their mailing lists.

So, how do you pick a broker joker – some of my tests

1 He asks for passport

2 He wants a FPA or Non disclosure agreement first.

3 He sends you contracts that have the word perjury in them, there is no such thing in contract law.

4 He has securities of multi hundreds of millions

5 He is selling something that cannot be sold, eg BG or SBLC.

6 He is a mandate (no such thing)

7 He can issue 500m anything, just shows he has never done one. Imagine the paper work for a 500m deal, I have seen some and the contracts run for thousands of pages, not 5 pages full of spelling errors!

8 Mandate to a bank (no such thing)

9 Secret market … no such thing

10 Pension fund mandate

11 HYIP, no such thing.

12 His email footer says he is not licensed yet he is trying to sell you a security.

My suggestion to you is to avoid broker jokers, the deals might look interesting, but they will waste your time. Use common sense to see if it is real and I have always been available to advise if you are not sure.

Recent offerings

There is an increasing market for money launderers having cash that they want to put into the bank system. Mostly this is a variation of the Nigerian scheme where you are required to pay the warehouse or other such fees before the funds arrive. Another one said pay the hotel room, he has 200m in the bag…my response, he can pay the hotel room from his bag… all this unbelievable rubbish. It must be making them money otherwise they would not continue. Another one recently had uncut USD from the Philippines. The trouble with that is the notes were not printed by the US treasury. There are at least 5 brokers in jail now in Hong Kong, all connected with that consignment. Yes, people are laundering money, drug cartels, criminals etc, but do you really want to be involved in that business?

You could waste your life answering all the broker jokers on LinkedIn. They offer all sorts of goods. Try this Chinese guy who wanted to put $1b through PayPal in Hong Kong and take the money in China… imagine what PayPal would say to that. This is all nonsense stuff. One has to use common sense. I reported him to PayPal.

There are many changes happening in China, if you travel there as much as I do, you will find some significant opportunities coupled with significant risk. And if you have US connections, all the more unpredictable. They are pretty upset with the trade restrictions, not that they cannot cope, but China works on a long term mind set, they think 20 to 30 years ahead, especially the government. They even build ports that will be needed in 20 years. And then they see the tariffs from the USA and other destabilizing factors that is reducing their own growth, then we have a generational repositioning. They will never trust the US again, not this generation. Here they have set up industries, infrastructure, ports etc and found that the US government can change its mind. Never again will there be the same level of trust. So for those of you contemplating the potential of a relationship in that market is very careful, the Chinese government will never forgive the US for this lack of trust and for the affect on its industrial growth. They will simply now look elsewhere.

PPP, HYIP and PTP explained.

If you are offered a HYIP platform or program, then unless you have a lot of time to spend, I suggest you respond vigoursly and then remove the file. The trouble is if you keep this rubbish, and the police start arresting all the brokers, you could be deemed an unwitting broker. As the Circuit Judge said recently in Los Angeles, “your culpability is not diminished by your ignorance, there are plenty of resources including none other than the SEC website that you could have checked, but you promoted a fraudulent scheme in the hope of making millions. Let’s hope the ten years I am about to give you will allow you plenty of time to educate yourself”. And that guy was just a normal broker joker who distributed someone else’s rubbish.

If you are looking for investment programs, here are some tips.

When they say

We are buy and selling mtn

We buy SBLC or BG and sell to a pension fund.

We have an exit strategy with a pension fund.

This is a secret market that only the banks know about.

The profits are guaranteed by the bank.

The profits are 10000% a year.

40 week program.

All these identify broker joker deals.

Firstly, buy and selling MTN is a very expensive business, big exposures, shallow margins. Often less than 1%. So how do they make 100% per week on that? And where there is a winner there is a loser… what guarantees you are on the right side. Sorry, it is not real.

Buy and sell bank instruments, SBLC and BG. These cannot be bought and sold, that is why they don’t have an ISIN.

Pension funds are managed by professional investment managers who earn good money by being honest and diligent. Diligence is not marked by allowing a broker joker to make 20% on one transaction with the pension fund taking either the loss or the lost opportunity. Of course it is rubbish.

Secrets that only the banks know. Apart from the chairman of the board, I have held every position possible in one of the largest banks in the world. There is no secret market. Sure banks manipulate markets to make profits, like the recent scandal on the swap rate manipulation, but there is nothing secretive about banking, too many banks, too competitive, to many ex bankers trying to make a dollar. It just isn’t true.

When a broker joker offers you a guaranteed product, it is no longer a private trading platform. It is simply an investment product that in most countries would require a prospectus or offer document. If you don’t get that, don’t go there.

So what is a real PPP or PTP?

Most of them are fake, broker jokers thinking they can pretend to be traders and luring people into other broker joker’s files. Invariably you lose money as they have no trading platform underneath.

A lot of traders do run PPP or PTP but they do this only to provide some volume to their market. They are trading a portfolio of a couple of mil and they want to increase it by double so they solicit private funds. Some of these are share traders, derivative traders, and all sorts of traders. The broker jokers just do not understand.

The real traders will always tell you what market they are in. My trader is in derivatives, metals, currencies, FX and CFDs. I know as I can see them all traded on my trading account. And surprise surprise, the returns are explicable and modest, not the 1000% per week.

Although spare a thought for the trader. I had lunch with one last week, he runs PTP and has a yield of about 50% per year. As he said, most broker jokers say “not enough” and most real investors say “too high it must be risky”. How does he win?

With all these use common sense.

Forensic Accountants

Recently I notice that many of my readers are seeking project funding. I know this is a difficult market at any time, but really, millions of dollars of funding required, no one has any funds to meet the loan establishment costs (even HSBC and other world banks charge that), they have no accountants report certifying viability, no studies, no nothing. Just an idea that needs 100% funding and “we don’t pay up front”. Here is a reality check! If you want a loan from a bank or any lender you will need a project study or feasibility study done by respected accountants who will cost between 20 and 25k. And of course, no lender will lend 100%. Broker jokers advertise all the time, they can lend all over the world. Rubbish. They often say they can lend 100%. Rubbish. Banking the world over is pretty much the same, they need to secure their funds with a margin. 75% and you are lucky. So, if you are dreaming of 100% finance, of no costs until the loan is provided do us all a favor and forget it.

Opportunities – Agencies for a real trader running trading accounts

I keep repeating that opportunity is still available but you must have real clients for a PTP, not just a big list of internet contacts.

What is new for 2019 – how are you going to make money?

For me, I see cash as king. So I will be trading and not investing. There are so many uncertainties… politics, Brexit, Free Trade Agreements, the Trump factor and of course the influence of China in the world economy. How could you possibly guess what is going to happen?

I totally agree. I recently had a bad encounter with Moh Perez. He said that idiots would believe scam warmers. Why doesnt any other legit people post be reflected or be found on the internet only his and email and name, He must be an idiot to do so as well. I feel he should be reported to the interpol and be blacklisted and be on the wanted list for potential scamming others. We should also start a petition to remove Moh Perez from the internet for scamming. . He is so offensive as a scammer. called me time waster when in actual fact he was one and a petty scammer. Not a very smart one as well. A scammer or someone professional would never be reactive and be insultive. Dear all please be very careful of Moh Perez, if ever you encounter an email from him pls kindly report him to the authorities. Do your own home work and investigation and get him track down. He just does harm to society with his position and emails. Be very careful.

Please note

I have sent you this email before. I don’t know if you received it. If not, here it is. If you have you might have missed my request for confirmation that you want to stay on my mailing list, because if you don’t, the list will eliminate you. You are on my list but very soon your entitlement to my news will cease. You have to let me know if you continue to want to receive my letters otherwise this might be the last one you get..

Again, let me repeat, if you do not want this news, let me know… I am spending a lot of time writing and maintaining the mailing lists etc and if you don’t value it, that is fine, 11000 others do.

A happy new year to you!

This year I am going to try and provide you with profitable opportunities. For the last few years we have been warning about scams, there are so many, it is hard to keep up. But if you want something checked out, I provide a free verification service.

Whilst there were many last year, it seems many of my readers are still doing their billion dollar BG deals but they have no funds to do anything.

Just a quick note on that, you cannot use a security you have not paid for. Think about the complications of mortgaging something you do not have title to. Not the legal issue that you can resolve with broker joker agreements.

Plus in the scams, there have been some good ones over . This week alone we had offers of cash for banking, in the millions, but they need the warehouse fees. Now use your common sense. They have all this money but need someone to pay for the warehouse. Then there are the commissions. How they argue. 10% of nothing is nothing in my mind.

So, how to make money in the new decade. Here are some suggestions.

Seek opportunities outside your internet group... it seems to me that most “clients” are just intermediaries in chains of correspondence with nothing at the end.

Check your spam folder regularly. I know a lot of my outward mail goes to people’s spam, sometimes it is because many of my readers are getting cut off because of what they do or the email bounces as they have disappeared, which affects the credibility of my mailing list.

I see oil deals everywhere... and so many we have counselled who thought they were in a deal and they were circumvented. The relied upon the standard broker joker FPA, unenforceable and of course with all the broker joker terms like “perjury” in it.

Some of the opportunities that are my best for the new decade.

Opportunity 1

Introduce someone to the 25k small cap and earn $2,500 commission. I remind you the small cap is a great deal, 50% per month. We have over 100 applications that have gone through the system and they are earning as I said. I wonder what the issue with the small caps is? You get questions like “can you keep your funds in your own account” for a small cap. Obviously not... how can the trader trade like that? Anyway, there are a few places left and then it will close for about three months. And for those who expressed doubts, let’s be serious, if I was sending out fake deals for the last 15 years, you think someone would notice.

Opportunity 2 -Money managers.

What a great opportunity that is for brokers and intermediaries. One of my referrals is now making 20k per month. What he did was set up a master account with Bankor, and then pooled all his friends into a trading account which he manages. They earn 30% per year, he earns 10% of what they earn. I expected more enthusiasm! There are many positions are available but be aware of your legal constraints, especially in China and in the US.

Opportunity 3 -SBLC

This is a very little understood item. I keep seeing the broker joker ads we all get for leased instruments. We all understand that is rubbish. Imagine trying to go to your bank with anything leased and try and get a loan. There are very few real providers of SBLC and they never deliver DVP (delivery versus payment). My suppliers provide you with an introduction fee.

Opportunity 4 - Tax planning and strategic managers

The banking and taxation systems are becoming more automated and the governments more sensitive to the globalisation of our interests. It is now time to internationalise your business and relocate legitimately to lower taxation thresholds. We have a team of experts available to assist wealthy clients to relocate, to reduce taxation and to locate in high interest earning localities. Again we will pay commissions to introducers.

Opportunity 5 -Asset movement

Many wealthy individuals need professional advice how to shift asset ownership to lower tax regimes. I am involved with a team of experts who are specialists in this tricky area of business.

Opportunity 6 – FX

Last year one of my banking clients set up an FX signals business. It is working very well. If you are a trader and need signals, let me know and I will introduce you.

Opportunity 7 – Investigating Accountants Reports

So many borrowers think that they just get an SBLC or seek a loan from these people on the net, it doesn’t happen. Most banks and lenders need at least a project study and often an investigating accountant’s report to provide them the information they seek, including lending rations, risk profiles etc. Borrowing often needs an investigating accountants report usually and the firm I use has 100% success rate. To get a report budget for between $20-25k.

Opportunity 8 - China and India - Emerging communities

Wealth management opportunities India and China abound. I have mentioned many times that these economies present fantastic opportunities for entrepreneurial finance specialists. There are very few opportunities for wealthy individuals in both India and China to participate in the international money markets. We have a team working full time on these people and we pay commissions for introductions.

Opportunity 9 - Paymaster associations

International Paymaster Services act as a “go between” for commissions etc to blindside the participants, keep commissions offshore etc. But paymasters can do a whole lot more. And they are a great way to earn commissions as an intermediary. Let me know if you need an introduction.

Opportunity 10 - RMB

There are many ways to convert RMB, but only sophisticated ones keep the fund owner out of trouble. I am in touch with experts in that field.

Opportunity 11 Quote

Sell your old companies. Any companies for sale, please or they can JV it and pay for it… purchaser will not pay more than 2k for company with bank account.

Opportunity 12 Paymaster with high yielding deposit account

The Paymaster I use has some smart attorneys and accountants available and is fantastic at estate management. Paymasters are perfect in putting together structures to shift resources from one jurisdiction to another. For example, lets imagine a person with $5m on deposit in a European bank, earnings are taxable... earnings are modest, and it is known to relatives, wives, creditors. Our paymaster could shift that into a favourable tax regime and it would be held outside of reach and earn up to 30% per year.

And will pay introduction fees.

2020 should be a fantastic year. There are many opportunities. I have put together 12 of the best opportuitnties I have seen for many years. I have done this so that you can fit some to your business and make money. Afterall, for all the time you are spending on the net, does not produce income, what is the point.

Happy to help where I can

His new scam:

Small Caps
My trader has a small cap opening on Monday. Small caps (real ones) are where a number of people put into a pool of funds which is then traded very vigorously. It returns 30% per month. Parcels are 25k to 50k. He has been inundated with people who want to leave funds in their own account, or not move the funds... how do you trade when you don’t move funds to a trading account? What planet are these guys on? Anyway, if you are interested and understand small caps let me know. Commission is 10%.
