A loan to trade program. takes all LTNs’s who can get swift.

1 The owner to get our composite format comprising of SWIFT MT 599 (Pre-advice) & SWIFT MT 542 ( format enclosed) to be duly attested from the issuing bank of the LTN by the owner or any good bank in Brazil not below the rating of A+. . Upon receiving the attested format, we shall place the same with our nominated receiving bank for confirmation.
2 Once confirmed and with furnishing of our bank coordinates, we shall advice the owner to instruct his banker to dispatch Pre-advice via SWIFT MT 599.
3 The receiving bank shall then provide us the confirmation and accordingly with 5/6 banking days shall advice the owner to dispatch the final SWIFT MT 542 communication.
4 Within 10/12 banking days from the date of receipt of final SWIFT MT 542, the first tranche of 25% of the loan procceds would be disbursed, followed by the second tranche of further 25% within the next 7 banking days, the third & final tranche of 50% within the next 7 banking days.
