Please be advise that we only arrange monetizing of instruments issued by one of our own providers under procedure 4. and an instrument of USD 500M or more @ 3+1 leasing fee and 95% LTV. We do not lend against instruments issued by third parties.
Please note the fact that most of our transactions do NOT require "upfront fee" for qualified clients.
