MONETIZATION T&C:

3. LTV: 10% + 5% (Consultancy) + 6% (Lease Fee) = 21%
4. Proceedure: a. Signing the contract
b. Provider will send the MT799 RWA
c. Monetizer will issue MT799 BPU against the RWA
d. Provider will send the MT760 SBLC
e. Monetizer will do the MT103 within 10 Banking days from the receipt of MT760

Greetings for the day!!

As discussed with you, I am herewith mentioning the whole procedure for Winter Bank SBLC providing and monetization.

Please go through the below offer and procedure, and revert us with the required documents.
Bank Instrument (BG/SBLC) Providing & Monetization Offer From Winter Bank
1.Our partner company ASICS GROUP LIMITED will provide Winter Bank SBLC face value with 5M USD tranche Roll & extension up to 50M USD
2.The Leasing fee will be 5%.
3.The leasing price can be paid only after the SBLC Monetized if you monetize the instrument through our monetizer. Initially, the client have to incur the MT 799 and the MT 760 Swift Issuing Charges 20,000.00 USD (USD 13,200.00 is the Swift Charges and USD 6,800.00 is our commission part for providing)
4.Monetization LTV will be 10%+2% (2% commission part for us for Monetization)



PROCESS



1.Client will submit us the Client Information Sheet, Passport of the Authorized Signatory and POF for the Fees covering USD 20k.

Other documents required as follows:-



Applicant’s Company Registration Documents
Clear Passport Copy of the majority shareholder(s) of the applicant’s company and the person signing all the documents
List of Shareholders (A letter from the applicant company confirming its members)
Board of Resolution (Just a letter that the applicant company is authorizing a person to signing all the documents)
Beneficiary’s company profile or website address needs to be provided.
Utility Bill or anything related to the physical address of the applicant company.



2.After approval of the above documents, the Providing Contract will be sent to the client and to be filled and signed on company letter head .
3.After signing the providing contract by the both parties, Monetization agreement will be signed with 10%+2% LTV offer between Monetizer & Applicant Client Company.
4.After getting the approval from the receiving Bank and the signed Monetization Agreement, Provider Company will generate an invoice against the Swift Charges as mentioned USD 20,000.00
5.Within 2 Banking days of receipt and reflecting the Swift Issuing Charges, the MT 799 RWA swift will be issued from Winter Bank to the monetizing Bank.
6. Within 2 Banking Days of receipt and verification of the MT 799 RWA from Winter Bank, the Monetizer Bank will reply with MT 799 Payment Guarantee.
7. Within 2 Banking Days of verifying the MT 799 BPU, Winter Bank will issue the MT 760 Swift to the monetizing Bank.
8. Within 10 Banking Days of receipt and verification of the MT 760, Monetizing Bank will release the non-recourse funding through MT 103 Swift, 5% will go the provider for the leasing fee, 2% as the Intermediary Fees and rest of the Non- Recourse 5% will go to the Applicant company. (As Total LTV 10%+2%= 12%)
