Returns ARE NOT on a "best efforts basis", but THE TRUST CONTRACTUALLY GUARANTEES THE ACTUAL PAYMENT of profits, (and commission to intermediaries) with a first payment starting after 31 days, paid out monthly, in six equal monthly instalments. The instrument is guaranteed to be returned unencumbered.
