SUBSEQUENT TRANCHES: 300Kgs every Month for Twelve Months
DURATION: For 1 year Contract with roll extension.
PRICE: The price will be fixing LBMA 2nd
,-15% discount to buyer.
PAYMENT: Only after analysis and receipt of buyer’s refinery’s final assay
report (which is non-negotiable) bank to bank by Swift Wire
Transfer at Seller’s Bank Account within 48 – 72 hours of
Banking Days.
CONDITIONS: To deliver by the Seller with all the relevant documents through
the KEETRANSIT OTS AND SECURITY SARL (SHIPPING
DEPARTMENT) in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire to Buyer’s Airport.
(Buyer will pay for the transportation charges directly to
KEETRANSIT OTS AND SECURITY SARL (SHIPPING
DEPARTMENT) in Abidjan for the shipment of the Gold to
Buyer’s destination for first and subsequent deliveries. The
payment of the Gold will be done after receipt of goods and
final assay report confirming the offered product at buyer’s
refinery).The transportation charges paid by the buyer will be
deducted from our gold money after final assay result at buyers
refinery before payment of the gold to our nominated bank
account.
1.) All local government taxes (Cote d’Ivoire) are always paid by the Seller.
2.) All import taxes, VAT and charges to be paid at buyer’s final destination are always to be assumed and
paid by the buyer, as well as the Security transfer from Customs to the buyer’s refinery. Buyer has to
negotiate it with the airport authorities at his international airport destination.

3.) We pay commission of $2,000usd per kilo to mandates for any closed deal, that is $1000usd to seller side
and $1000usd to buyer side and we sign NCNDA / IMFPA
4.) Seller does not accept L/C, Banking instrument or Bank Guarantee.

Each delivery shall be accompanied by the following documentation in accordance with international

encumbrances and freely tradable and exportable and is of non- criminal origin
6. Export Permit, Original Copy of the Airway Bill.
7. Full Set Airway Bill marked “Air Freight Pre-Paid”.
8. Flight Number and date arrival.

1. The Seller sends FCO to buyer to study and sign and finally returns it back to
2. The Seller and Buyer will sign a contract SPA for long term business. Seller will
provide to the Buyer copy of all necessary valid and confirmed documents.
3. The Seller will ship the gold Bars to the Buyer's choice of refinery, and will notify
the Buyer about: (1) the airline, (2) flight number, (3) dates of expected departure
and arrival time.
4. The Buyer will clear shipment through designated Airport Customs, and complete
the delivery to the buyer’s nominated refinery.
5. One of Seller representative will accompany the Gold to Buyer’s destination
refinery after all the arrangements have been concluded for the shipment of the
6. Payment shall be executed to the Seller's nominated bank, within twenty-four (24)
to forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of final assay report from Buyer’s refinery.
7. The Commissions will be paid immediately and without delay to each appointed Paymaster or
Beneficiary after each delivery and as per Terms and Conditions of the IMFPA.
VALIDITY OF THE FULL CORPORATE OFFER: This FCO is valid for five (14) working days.
