This is a wash wash scam, where the scammer says he has a chemical that can wash off the dye from blackened bank notes. He will arrange a meeting and there he will show you a box or briefcase full of black papers, the size of bank notes. He is promising this blackened money, but you have to buy some very expensive chemicals which you need to wash off the black dye. Of course, the chemicals are useless and the paper is just paper, not blackened bank notes. Don't fall for this scam!
