Hello,

Thanks for your interest in renting my spare room. The bedrooms are
furnished..they also have private bathrooms, a sound system,
bedspread, in the sitting room there is a plasma tv, internet access,
fully fitted kitchen, central heating, tasteful bespoke lighting,
washing with dryer machine, microwave oven and a parking space. The
apartment is three bedroom flat and i will like to rent out two rooms.

The apartments is situated at 62 Millman st London WC1N 3EF (CENTRAL
LONDON), quiet but very safe street in the heart of London. There are
2 tube stations within walking distance from the flat: Russell Square
tube (7 mins) and Chancery Lane Tube (10 minutes) as well as numerous
bus stops going in all directions of London, and most of them
24-hours. The transportation links are unbeatable, but most parts of
London are also close enough to go by foot in under 30 mins: Oxford
St, Leicester Square, Camden, guilford st. etc.. Also, Regent's park
is only a 10-minute walk away.

There are many grocery stores located within 2 mins walking distance,
including a small Costcutter, small and large Sainsbury's, Tesco, as
well as Drummond Street which has multiple restaurants and fresh food
stores. Besides that, Euston Station or Tottenham Court Road also
offer many other kinds of stores.

I've attached to the mail more pictures of the flat and i hope you
will like it. Rent is very reasonable at only £320 per month Including
Utility bills and £320 refundable security deposit for the apartment.

The bedroom is fully furnished..it also has a private bathroom, a
deck, bedspread and also in the sitting room there is a plasma TV,
wireless high-speed broadband and there's parking space for cars.

My name is Swanson Molly, i was born in Sydney, Australia, I'm

like-minded people.

Please let me know if you're interested so that we can proceed in your rent..

Have a nice week,

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
