I was very sceptical when I was contacted by this person. It all sounded too good to be true. I looked up the company and emailed them to find out if it was a true offer, but I have yet to receive any response. I went along with it because they did not ask me for money until now. As soon as they started requesting me to send money I was sure it was a scam. The last time they contacted me I bombarded them with questions they could not answer. so I started looking for places I could warn others about this scam. Here is the initial conversation. I have more names and emails. It took them 3 weeks to ask me for money... What a waist of my time

I contacted my state representatives office and the attorney general and was told that there is nothing that they can do to stop this. Is there something els I can do? I would hate to see anyone fall for this and send them money.

This is probably a money mule job in which you would receive transfers in your bank account and forward the money to the scammer. There is no reason to ask what bank you have an account in if you're going to be paid by check, except to receive fraudulent transfers into it.

No legitimate company tells you you're hired after only an online chat. The writing looks like that of a West African and shows an additional trait consistent with fill-in-the-blank scam scripts.

yes I traced the ip address to Logos Nigeria, I gave them a random bank not my actual bank because I thought the same thing. why do you need to know if its a check? The web site given to me was http://www.leaderhealthcare.co but I had already looked it up by the time they gave it to me and found no information about this job. They also had a "supervisor" text me from 541-940-8197 I traced that number back to Organ. Is there any thing I can do to try and stop them other than just try to warn people?

I didn't need to know if it's a check. You said you wanted to be paid by check, but this was immediately followed by asking where your bank account is. If you wanted direct deposit, this would make sense, but for a check, it doesn't.

The website is in the process of being reported for fraud.

A friend of mine just had an immediate job offer following an interview via Yahoo IM for this same company and with the exact same M-O (opening an office near you soon, work from home in the interim, etc). They make lots of excuses for why they won't contact via the company's listed email domain or via phone. Note that the company's domain is registered under Privacyprotect.org and all of their location/contact information is withheld.
Be extremely skeptical of offers from this company! Ask for details of their registration with your state so you can independently verify their legitimacy by contacting the agency responsible for business registration.

Also - I emailed them at their website's listed email address as well as PM'd them on Facebook asking about these situations. I'll post back about how that turns out.

She received a check this morning that they overnighted to her via fedex. Called the bank listed on the check, provided company name and account number shown on check and amount. They immediately recognized it as a scam and advised to take check to local Secret Service office or to local law enforcement.

Absolutely no doubt that this one is a money-laundering/bank fraud scam designed to leave you holding the bag.

Note that number is served by the company 360Networks U S A Inc, which has an F rating with the BBB. It's probably one of those services which you can obtain a texting number from for free and from anywhere in the world, like texting apps for iPods, tablets, etc.

While additional information can help users to see the picture, I do want to make one thing clear. We already know for certain that this is a scam. While in some cases it is wise to proceed with skepticism, in this particular case we want to be very clear that there is no chance that it is legitimate, and that nobody should touch a "job offer" from this fake company.

I was contacted by this same company just yesterday. The person even went as far as to text me when I did not respond to their email. I asked a bunch of questions via text and finally today I went onto messenger to talk to them. As I was on messenger I was skeptical so I asked a bunch of questions and then googled the company name with the word scam and this popped up. Thank you for all the information everyone. I felt it was a scam just from the email but this proves it. =)

Well It looks like I am not alone on this. I am looking for work and have sent hundreds of resumes out there. Yesterday I received a Text from 706-395-8897. It saluted me by name and last name. The person identified himself as the head of HR for Gulf-Healthcare International. He said he was contacting me in regards to my resume. He then asked me if I had a Google account. I was skeptic so I said I did not. I went to the website and saw this was a real company from Dubai. I went on and looked for the executive in charge of HR and it was in fact Mr. Rizwan Azam. I created a new google account and responded to him via text. He asked me to download hangouts in order to have the interview.

This is a money mule scam and they are attempting to steal the identity of a legitimate company in order to perpetrate the scam . gulf-Healthcare Int. in Dubai is a legitimate company and has nothing to do with this scam .

The same thing happened to me. They send you a check in the mail from a small bank out in Jersey. The address is incomplete on the package and the letter has no letter head. F****** pissed, man. Never answer a text or message from 706-395-8897. DUDE IS A SCAMMER. Any advice on how to report scams like this?

Hello Yorge. Thank you for posting your experience as I too, had the same exact scenario you provided.

to register or report a claim, I just googled "(type in your State) reporting scams" or google "How to report scams in (enter your state)" and I was brought to my state's attorney's office to fill out the online form.


Same scammer: Riswan Azam, same exact questions and responses. I am glad I did my due diligence in researching this individual as I have comb thru the internet looking for anything on Gulf-Healthcare intl and scammer Riswan Azam.

Here's a clue for all to know....
1. when you are hired without signing any documents, thats a red flag.
2. when you have to do a list of tasks one by one first, in order to get to the next task, red flag.
3. if you MUST deposit any money sent to you by ATM ONLY......red flag.


Fortunately, the information I gave to scammer Riswan Azam was not totally accurate in order to cover my own bases. I gave a false home address where a check they sent to me could be delivered and then have someone I know pick it up on my behalf. The phone number I gave was a google voice number. The email address I gave was created just for this interaction. BUT absolutely no personal information such as SS#, DOB, Account numbers and the like were not given or offered up by me. The only information I offered that was valid was my name and the name of my bank, which happens to be an online bank with no available branches in my vicinity. So, ATM deposits not allowed.
