How are you doing today, hope all is well? I hope this e-mail finds
you in a place of warmth and comfort. Seeing your profile was a
pleasant surprise…and honestly…the first word that came to my mind
was...Wow!!! You are such an angel. Your profile caught my fancy and I
wanted to learn more.
Before I proceed further, I think it will be polite for me to
introduce myself to you. I am 45 years old, living in Alden in
Illinois. As for my ethnicity, Mom's Scottish and English, Dad is
Greek. I am a mix of several beautiful cultures. Born in the US, I was
raised internationally, so I value and celebrate all people and all
backgrounds...I'm a world citizen. I have never been married and have
no kids. I see the world through blue eyes that are caring and
compassionate, I have a black hair, my height is 5'10" (178cms) and my
weight is 185lbs {84kg}, I am a Catholic and was raised in a Catholic
way; I have been a Catholic all my life. I believe Jesus walks in ways
we can not see. I certainly do believe in God, His Son, and the Holy
Spirit. I just believe in His word. I believe in His awesomeness, and
I believe that I am here today because of His love, which is the
greatest love ever; and because He loved the world so much that
instead of letting the people perish, He sent His son, Jesus, to pay a
hefty ransom to save our lives. God is awesome and because of His
unfathomable love Jesus Himself left the splendor of heaven to put on
flesh to feel what we feel and to save us. I was born and raised to
love God and share this love with others in divers ways but I respect
other people's world views. I have been a born again Christian for
more than 20 years now and I am very proud and happy to serve the Lord
genuinely my dear.
First let me share that I’m not looking for a casual fling, I am not
into games and I am hoping to find a meaningful relationship. I'm a
Building and road contractor, the nature of my job takes me around the
globe. I think people have to get to a certain level of maturity, and
also to a certain level of understanding of what they want out of
life, before they are ready to seek out the life partner or helpmate
who is really best for them, I know I am very very ready for that now,

Let me start by saying... I am not a player! I repeat... I am not a
player... It is as if hard working well rounded men like myself take
the blunt end of the hammer because of low life loser guys who crush
woman's hearts before a nice guy can give a woman what she really
wants like true Companionship. I honestly wish to find a woman, to be
my soul mate and my partner for life. Ultimately... I would love to
marry and settle down for the longterm.
I am intelligent, passionate, and optimistic about life in general. I
have a good education (Masters in Business Administration), a good job
(Building and road construction), a wonderful passion for writing (A
little good in poems), and am very ambitious. My friends will tell you
that I am honest, have a sense of humor and care deeply for family. I
also believe in God, fate, and real love. I’m not into smoking or
drugs…but will drink a little on rare occasions. I enjoy movies,
music, festivals, concerts, the beach, visiting parks , working out,
eating at nice restaurants, barbecues, boating, and any experience
that creates great memories. I’m also into nature, animals, and
traveling. Speaking of traveling…I have travelled to many countries
for work such as (Tunisia, Mozambique and South Africa all that in
Africa, I have been to England, Germany, Italy, Scotland, Spain all
that in Europe, I have as well been to Iran and China in Asia) and not
in many states within the United States anyway.
I am a fun loving person and I have a very big heart. I give
unconditionally without wanting anything in return and once I give it,
it is gone and committed as seed. I believe in helping the less
fortunate when possible. I like to laugh and play, but I also have a
very serious side when I need to have one.. I am very goal oriented,
and I try to stay organized. I am an extremely chivalrous man aswell.
Being that I don't make much of a habit to speak a lot in the first
person, I asked a few friends to describe some of my characteristics
and attributes; this was what they came up with:
"...big heart, well-rounded, generous, intelligent, compassionate,
selfless, hard-working, creative, great listener and communicator,
engaging, supportive, understanding, balanced, warm, kind, funny and
many times 'hilarious', polite, down-to-earth, fun to be with." Am
very active, always positive and upbeat, am a glass 7/8th's full kind
of person (which beats a glass half-full, btw). My friends will tell
you that I am honest, have a sense of humor and care deeply for
family. I also believe in God, His Son and the work of the Holy Spirit
that guides and helps me. I would have to say I am very funny and fun
to be around. I am very kind and have a huge heart. I need to be
around people with a great sense of humor. I am very independent, but
enjoy spending quality time with those I love. I enjoy going out to
dinner and having drinks but I have not done that for years now. I
look forward to seeing the sun rise and set. I enjoy staying home with
a good book, soccer magazines or mostly my bible on a rainy Sunday.
I am someone who can make you laugh, who is considerate and kind,
Someone you can easily talk to or not talk to---every minute doesn't
have to be filled with conversation, just being with one another is
important. I am a hopeless romantic-I love to give cards and flowers
for no special reason. I love to massage, touch and be touched, I love
to cuddle and I am a true gentleman that believes that women are a
true gift from God to be worshipped and admired.
I have never been married but I believe that marriage can be an oasis
where God's love is shared between two people despite whatever else
might be going on in life--job problems, financial issues, caring for
one's elderly parents or losing friends to disease. I believe two
people can be a shelter for one another from these storms of life,
supporting one another in the bad times as well as rejoicing and
celebrating the good times, reminding one another of just how much
they are each loved by God.
I would describe myself as first a very understanding, patient, and
kind man. Yet, I would also describe myself as assertive, intelligent,
and a loyal mate. I love the warm weather, sports, the mountains and
the water. My hobbies are reading, swimming, gardening, working out
and video games. I keep very busy in my life and enjoy being alone. I
enjoy traveling, and camping. A good bottle of wine is something I
look forward to on Friday night as I kick back and relax and be
grateful for the so many blessings I have in my life. I am a Godly

and flowers in the rain; I think they look their best when it is
raining. I also love scooping up the earth in my hands and planting a
seed or a plant and then watching God's magic throughout it's life.
Such a simple thing that isn't really simple at all.
I enjoy going to the mountains, walks on the beach, scrabble,
swimming, reading the Bible, inspirational, romantic books and soccer
magazines, movies, and cooking.
I have a very close and personal relationship with God. Everything
that I have, I have because of Him. However, I do not go around
talking constantly about God and Jesus, I would rather be a living
example and let people see Jesus in me and manifested by the fruits of
the spirit, love, joy, and peace..........
