I recently (Nov. 10th)ordered 1 carton of cigarettes from this site. I paid for it by Western union and sent cigarettepurchase.com a MTCN # which they accepted. The money was picked up by RUIHONG LIN in Xiemen, China. Numerous emails, from me asking for shipping information, have been ignored. When I gave them 2 days to respond to one email I sent, I received a reply from [email protected] which said: "thank you for your order. The order is in the shipping way to you. Please kindly wait". This was sent on Nov. 18th. It is now Nov. 28th, and I, again. cannot get these people to respond to my emails. I think this site is a scam and want to report it so other potential victims won't place any orders with them. It has been a very stressful experience and I don't want to see anyone else fall prey to this scummy scam.

The site is registered for three years, which is a bit long, but legitimate sellers do not ask for payment by Western Union. Please post the emails, in case someone searches for phrases in the emails, and as evidence to help us kill the site.

Emails from me to cigarettepurchase.com were sent between Nov. 13-28 (8 total) and all of them asked for postal information, tracking number, method of shipping, estimated delivery date. After I threatened to turn them over to the FBI Internet scam site, I received a reply that said "Thank you for your order. The order is in the shipping way to you. please kindly wait. Thanks" This email was sent on Nov. 18. I sent 2 more emails asking for the same information re postal tracking number, etc. and did not receive an answer. I sent one more threatening email on Nov. 27th and received the following reply: "thank you for your letter. we will check the problem for you. please don't worry. thanks" Since then, I have not sent any more emails, nor have I received anything from them. Please get these people off the Internet!!

CIGARETTEPURCHASE.COM IS RUN BY THIEVES IN CHINA. They have ripped off a lot of people who send them money for cigarettes by Western Union. The owner/operator of the site is Guobing Wang. and he owns other websites that take people's money and never send them their order.

I ordered a carton of Gauloises Caporals from them last May and still have not received it, and they will not refund my money. They have ripped off a lot of other people too.

I created this Google blog months ago to warn people not to get suckered by these thieves.

This is the most recent email I received from cigarettepurchase.com, 10/26/13. In the previous emails, I sent them a Western Union debit card account number and told them to put the money they owed me on it. I had to send them the account number numerous times because they acted like I had not sent them the number in previous emails.

The website uses the email address [email protected]. Guobing Wang also uses his gmail address, which he used to send me this email. He claims to be the president but then says he has to submit a request for a refund to their corporate finance manager. I have sent them numerous emails since I received this one, and they have been ignored.

This email is the latest in the long list of excuses they have sent me telling me why they have not sent me my order or refunded my money.
