Is Big Prize Giveaways a Scam?

I've seen it on Facebook a lot and over 2.6 million people liked the page. I've googled it to see if it's legit or not but I see about 50% of people saying it's legit and 50% saying it's a scam. But I'm not sure and I would like answers. Thanks

But when I type it into Google Maps it leads me to the Market Place Shopping Center, Columbia, SC 29205
