Some additional information about this scam:

The Climate Change And Health Conference & Expo 2014 (CCAHC 2014) is a FAKE CONFERENCE sponsored by the FAKE Climate Change & Health Conference Scientific Committee. THE CONFERENCE DOES NOT EXIST. It is "scheduled" to be held 16-18 May 2014 at the FAKE Ibis Garden Hotel. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST.

The scam has set up two fake web sites which are in the process of being suspended:

http://www.ccahc.com/index-2.html

and

http://ibisgardenhotel.com/index.html

This SCAM steals money from victims by charging Conference Fees and by requiring participants to pay hotel reservation fees at the FAKE Ibis Garden Hotel.

The fake website states:

"Registration is free of charge for all delegates from developing countries of Africa, Asia, Central America and South America. If you are a...Professional... £320 per day OR £960 for three days Student... £185 per day OR £555 for three days"

"CCAHC Visa Office will ensure that delegates that require visa to enter the UK are adequately attended to in order to secure a hitch free issuance of entry visa soon, after submitting the visa application and Ibis Garden Hotel reservation receipt."

"It is important that delegates must return their completed visa application form with reservation payment receipt issued by Ibis Garden Hotel. Be informed that any returned visa application form not accompanied with the hotel receipt will not be processed."
