Good on you for recognizing a Nigerian accent! The writing also looks West African. Often African scammers say they're German or some other European, but a Nigerian accent doesn't sound anything like a German one.

Anyone who tells you that you have to contact a particular travel agent, or any other sort of agent, to get a visa is lying. To get a visa, you contact the embassy or consulate of the country where you're going to in the country where you are.

The 44-708 number also is a strong sign of a scam. These numbers can be redirected anywhere in the world.

Real immigration lawyers and other businesses don't use free email addresses like @consultant.com.
