Thanks for the mail,I am looking for responsible tenants that he/she is going to take care of the House as if it were your own and he/she will be willing to make the Property clean as we left it. before we relocating to England due to my ministerial work in London and won't be coming to the House until two years so will be looking to rent it either for a short or long term lease.
The rent payment per month includes the utilities such as Heat, A/C in wall/window, Kitchen Eating Space, Breakfast Bar, Closet Pantry, Solid Surface Counter tops, Electric Range, Self Cleaning Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Disposer, Washer, Dryer, Washer/Dryer Connection, Smoke Detector, Security System, Entry Hall/Foyer, Walk-in Closet(s), Wall to Wall Carpet, Tile Floors, Ceramic Tile, Floor Plugs etc.
Well the reason why i am handling my house by myself is that agent are not trustworthy and also i have most of them back in the states who are not honest and sincere so that is why i have to take along my keys and also necessary document and paper work along with me down to London due to i had no one to handle it and take care of my house.
As for the necessary paper work and also documentation of my house will be send to you through FedEx Courier Service From London on my behalf as soon as we conclude and seal on my house, i can have my house off the market depending on how serious you are about renting. we can have all concluded and have all my necessary document and paper work send to you so that when moving there would be a problem,as i told you am a principle man and i always follow the principle of first come first serve policy.
The house is unfurnished,I am with the keys and the necessary document meant for the House and the reason is that i tried to find an agent but couldn't see a trustworthy agent that was why I would love you to get back to me on how you can keep my house clean and your experience with renting my Property. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP so that i can forward you an application to fill out and discuss on how to get the house for rent, also are you ready to rent it now or when? The House is available now.The rent is $900 and the deposit payment is $500 which makes it a total of $1400 and also i love pets and also accept section8.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
