This email was sent by a scammer pretending to be from google, interestingly the email address used is a hotmail address, something that no representative of google would do on official business
The phone numbers used by this scammer are Uk redirect phone numbers which are commonly used by scammers operating out of Africa, these numbers can be set up by any person from anywhere in the world and calls to these numbers will be redirected anywhere, somebody who actually was in the Uk would have no reason to use on of these numbers.
