This email appears to come from honda however further into teh email you will notice they have asked you to contact them using their "live.com" email address.
It is not hard to make it appear that an email has come from somewhere that it has not come from in order to make an email look that little bit more legitimate, you should always look for a different email address that you have to reply to, its a great sign of a scam.
Other signs of a scam would be;
You have had no dealings with Honda
They have not included your name or details in the email
The Spelling and grammar mistakes that you would not find in an official email
There are other signs if you look a bit harder but the point is, you will never win a lottery that you did not enter and even if you did, you will never be required to pay fees up front.
