Dear All,
I am finding accomodation in Mammoth Lakes for weekend getaway with big group. I came across this two listings in Craiglist that offered really good prices for their properties. Too good that I thought I should check whether these are scams or legit great finds. I am in touch with both contact people enough to have their basic information. The information is as follows:

Property location: 59 Hillside Drive, Mammoth Lakes, CA
Note: He sent me a neat contract with bank information for transfer. Looks believable but no business name/phone number.

Full Broadband Internet, WiFi Wireless Internet, Washer, Dryer, Linens Provided and more.You are required to make a Refundable Deposit of $300 as security fee,the refundable fee will be given back to you on the day you will be checking out of the property.The security fee is for possible damages at the property.
As soon as you have the full rental fee paid together with the $300 Refundable Security fee, the property will be reserved down for your date chosen and the payment receipt will be issued to you. Let me know if you are interested on the property so that i can forward you the rental booking terms and the agreement form in order to complete with the necessary information and you will have to return it to complete your reservation.
Check the below quotes for the cost of nights you intent to stay in the property.
2 NIGHTS= $400 / REFUNDABLE SECURITY FEE= $300 / TAX FEE= $20
CLEANING FEE= $30 / TOTAL DEPOSIT FEE= $750

Hello. Thank you for your interest in our home. The condo is available for Jan 14-16, the 2 nights cost $300 + $100 cleaning fee + $300 refundable security deposit to make a total of $700. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable on the day you check out as long as there are no damages when we inspect the condo. We could forward the rental contract for you to review if you are ready to secure your dates. Please let us know.
