Not sure if this is a confirmed scam, but after reading some posts on this site, it has all the hallmarks. Here's the initial communication:
Subject: Xxxxx - Your resume is under consideration - Base $8400 paid every 2 weeks
From: ms. Kaly Davis, E-Commerce Solutions and Consulting <[email protected]>

Hello Xxxxx

Thank you for showing interest in our position. Be informed, your
submitted Resume did catch our eye and it is under consideration now. We
seek to appoint a self-motivated individuals for both Full and Part time
positions with a flexible schedule. This is base salary position . The
annual salary (part or full time) ranges are between $68K-pt and
$104K-ft plus, however this can vary widely depending on a variety of
factors, but not less. The salary is guaranteed payment every two weeks
(once in 2 weeks). The additional commissions amount depends on your
results.

The official review of applications for the position will begin in few
days, and you will be notified about the decision on Monday, 11/12/2018
with our decision. If you don't hear back from the hiring manager at
that day, it's mean your resume does not fit our requirements.

The information we would like to check with you:
1) Indicate the best contact number and times we can reach you.
2) Are you comfortable with your background screening? Your background
check: criminal record check, education, certification and license
checks. Be aware we may also run a credit check as a beginning of the
employment.
3) Are you able to start ASAP or like a part-time option in the beginning?
4) Are you able to travel/drive on a local basis?

Should your background and experience meet the requirements of our job
opening, we will contact you immediately with our decision. Please
note, you will be informed about the hiring manager’s decision via E-mail.

The mail came with a Job description attached on letterhead. Company info in the footer of the offer reads:

Is this a scam? I can post subsequent contact mails if needed. There were multiple documents attached in later communications (FAQs, Benefit info, etc.)

This is a typical money mule scam, stop all communication with them. No legitimate company would need people to work at home processing payments with their own accounts and no legitimate company would hire without a face-to-face interview.
