http://www.ipbswiss.com is fake [email protected]. Sorry for the late response some times i do not have access to my work email during weekends so i could not reply your mail . Mr Paul Williams and i spoke briefly on the phone about you and he informed me on about his plans to make you a joint signatory to his account which will give you 80% control over the account. But since we could not talk for long i could not explain every thing in details to him. The process of adding a joint signatory to an account is very easy but requires you to be an account holder with our bank and also provide a binding agreement between both parties . The process is very easy but in most cases married couples are not required to provide a binding agreement or if both parties involved decides to proceed without a binding agreement we are oblige to add the signatory to the account. To proceed please get back to me so that i can direct you on the necessary steps to take in other to open an account with us

So there you are .....

All you have to do is pay $US 12,000 up front and then unmeasurable wealth will be yours.

It is called advance fee fraud: you pay up front, your payment disappears, and your future payoff disappears over the horizon!

Thanks for reporting this.
