3.Seller Ships Merchandise
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Aol Autos Sale verifies that the Buyer receives the merchandise
4. Buyer Accepts the Merchandise
The buyer has 5 business days, from the moment he receives the item, to verify it, and the option to accept or reject it
5. Aol Autos Sale Pays the Seller
The transaction is complete (only if the buyer is satisfied with the item). If the buyer is not satisfied, he must notify our agency regarding the item issues, after the inspection period. A solution to most problems can usually be negotiated between both parties. If this is not possible, the buyer will be refunded in maximum 24 hours once the refund has been requested. In case the buyer refuses to continue the transaction with the seller from other reasons, our agency will return the funds to the buyer in maximum 24 hours.
Protection and refund.
Once the item is delivered, the Purchaser has an 5 (five) days inspection period. After the inspection period is over, the Purchaser will contact Aol Autos Sale Support Department with the results of the inspection. If, for any reason, the item does not pass the Purchaser's inspection, it will be returned to the Seller, on Seller's expense and the funds will be returned to the Purchaser.
For safety reasons the payment details will be dealt with the utmost security and will not be handed to any third parties. Aol Autos Sale will be in full control of the funds as soon as it reaches the regional account. Once the funds have been sent to our regional account, no one but the Purchaser will have access to it.
Aol Autos Sale will release the funds to the Seller only after the Purchaser receives and agrees with the item. Should the Purchaser need a refund for this transaction the amount received will be sent back via bank transfer, check or money order. The account is managed and supervised by Aol Autos Sale.
Shipping and Tracking of Item.
Upon receipt of Buyer's funds, and clearance of same, Aol Autos Sale will notify Seller to start the shipping process and provide the Buyer with relevant information ( ie. tracking number ) in at most 48 hours from our payment confirmation. Upon receipt of the vehicle the Buyer will have 5 days at his disposal to perform all necessary tests. Seller agrees to ship the vehicle, insured for full value to Buyer. Buyer and Seller agree to choose a shipping method that utilizes online tracking information.
