Thank you for your email. My name is Roger Mounir and I'm a Cardiology Specialist at Enolil Health Clinic / Ireland.

The property is made with luxury appliances since it was used for short term lettings until 1 month ago when the person empowered to handle all the reservations has received a new job outside England and I didn't had time to handle the reservations by myself. This is one of the main reasons that made me to list it for long term rental. And yes it has a garage.

Since the property has always been well-maintained, moreover got the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor in 2018, I would need a tenant who is responsible and will take care of the property as their own. Therefore the following questions are very important for me:

- How long would you like to rent it for ?
- How many people will stay into the property ?
- Can you provide any past references ? ( reference letter from either your current landlord or employer )

,

You will not find the listing as it is private in order to avoid short term bookings. I will have to send you a pre-approval reservation through TripAdvisor.

Before I can send you the pre-approval reservation through tripadvisor.co.uk may I explain you the booking process so we can avoid any missunderstandings ?

The process using tripadvisor.co.uk is easy and gets done only in 3 simple steps:

- I will send you the reservation request directly through tripadvisor.co.uk for 1,500 equivalent of 2 months ( 1 month of staying + 1 month as security deposit ), as you can see there is no error;
- You will have to book the property online on their website within 24 hours since the offer and reservation will expire;
- After the property has been booked and you confirmed your deposit with TripAdvisor, you are fully entitled to choose any viewing / move in date within a period of maximum 90 days after the booking confirmation;

Since I cannot attend a viewing anytime soon, I've created a video tour of the property so you can have more details about it before going any further; you can watch it here:

Your deposit will be protected by TripAdvisor if you’re prevented or denied to access the property or if the property is misrepresented (differing substantially to what was advertised or different from the pictures).

Regards,
Dr. Roger Mounir.

How do u know its a scam/do u have any further information as I had the same email today about a property near Finsbury Park having received an email from webhomes about the property and emailing the given address.

We know it is a scam because the script is one that we've seen thousands of times before.

A legitimate landlord would make arrangements for prospective tenants to be able to view the property. Also tripadviser do not offer the service that the scammer is claiming.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

I received an email today from Webhomes- a “company” I have never shared my details with. They sent a brochure of a property in Bushill Park which is supposedly £850 a month, including council tax. This Roger was listed as a landlord. I knew it had to be a scam

Hi everybody.
I confirm as well. it's scam, they ask for a payment in advance Dr. Roger Mounir.
Why they are not in jail??
There should be an account number police can investigate on.
