How it Works


Step 1

After both parties, Buyer and Seller, have settled a sale agrement, the Buyer must submit the registration of the transaction with AutoSmart Solutions. Once the registration request is received, AutoSmart Solutions will contact the Seller to approve the transaction.

By registering, Buyer agrees to buy the item under AutoSmart Solutions Terms and Conditions for online transactions. We recommend reading the entire process before registering.

Step 2

Once the Seller has approved the transaction, AutoSmart Solutions will contact the buyer with further transaction instructions through an e-mail invoice message. The invoice will contain detailed information about the transaction and further payment instructions needed to complete the transaction. More exactly, the Buyer will have Step-by-Step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Payment Department. Once the payment is received, it will be secured into a trust account for safe keeping until the transaction is complete.

Step 3

The shipping will start in 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. After dispatch, the transaction information will be automatically updated on the web site and the Buyer will receive a separate e-mail notification with detailed shipping information. How it Works


Step 1

After both parties, Buyer and Seller, have settled a sale agrement, the Buyer must submit the registration of the transaction with Family Auto Sales. Once the registration request is received, Family Auto Sales will contact the Seller to approve the transaction.

By registering, Buyer agrees to buy the item under Family Auto Sales Terms and Conditions for online transactions. We recommend reading the entire process before registering.

Step 2

Once the Seller has approved the transaction, Family Auto Sales will contact the buyer with further transaction instructions through an e-mail invoice message. The invoice will contain detailed information about the transaction and further payment instructions needed to complete the transaction. More exactly, the Buyer will have Step-by-Step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Payment Department. Once the payment is received, it will be secured into a trust account for safe keeping until the transaction is complete.

Step 3

The shipping will start in 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. After dispatch, the transaction information will be automatically updated on the web site and the Buyer will receive a separate e-mail notification with detailed shipping information. The delivery process will take maximum 15 working days, depending on the shipping distance.

Insurance: During shipping, all Items are insured against damage, loss, theft, etc..

At delivery, you will be walked through a PDI (Pre-Delivery-Inspection) which will give you a general idea of the Item condition. Step 5
