100% scam. The scammer may be in Spain, or may be using a Spanish proxy, but it's a scam either way. This particular fake lottery has been hitting inboxes for at least 4 months.

Yep Heartbroken, as Dotti says it is just a big scam.
The phone number at the bottom of the email is interesting.
Just for example:
Mar 7, 2009
Somenoe received a letter from BONUZ.7P INTERNATIONAL LOTO and they said that I won a sum of 650.810 euros. They said that I sould sent the sum of 1500 euros and I sent the amount. They said that within 24 hours the 650.810 would had been in my account and I waited more then 24 hours and recalled, these guys said that there was a problem and they said that I should sent 600 euros again and I told them to use some of the 650.810 and they refused. Later I asked them to sent back my 1500 euros and they said that they were going to sent back my money. Since than they can't pick my call. Here are some of their numbers: 0034918827681, 0034918890779,0034652575493 and their bank numbers are: 0034671888794 and 00491628732589.
