HI,
I also got scammed in this company.Their first contact on me October 6, 2010, I've paid 48 euros thinking that it is a minimal amount only comparing to the job they promised. The first job that they give me is Ireland and again another country Spain asking another amount. I confronted them and this is all they said and send me the translation company whom I presumed that they are only one.

Greetings from the team of Centrum Jobs!

We would like to inform you that you need to obtain a National Insurance Number required by the legal procedure in the country you are about to start working in. You cannot start working there without having this number.

We consider this is an appropriate stage to start making a research on the matter since it is a necessary part of your application.

National Insurance Number obtaining procedure is identical in most of the member-states of the European Union. Spain could be considered a model, so we advise you to start your research from there.

In conclusion, let us emphasize that the National Insurance Number obtaining procedure is as important as the work visa obtaining procedure.

Yours faithfully:

Greetings from the team of Centrum Jobs!

This is in regard with your employment application development.

The current stage of your application is particularly the one which requires business permission to be obtained as well as a right of long term stay in the country.

Of course, it would be much better if you possess permanent business permission in case you decide to change your job (for example, you need higher remuneration or better work conditions) which will bind you to your expiring contract of employment. One of the EU procedures proposes such option; it gives you a special status (it allows you to work with an employment contract and also, if you decide, to run your independent economic activity).

In this case you could take the advantage of this procedure since we have arranged and found ways to obtain the necessary documents required for starting the process.

The status, which you will obtain eventually, allows you long term stay in the country.
You could also invite a member of your family or the entire family. They also have a right to work there legally and to get social benefits (in case of unemployment, etc.). Your children have all benefits just like the native ones - monthly bonuses, free textbooks, clothes and food expenses covering, and so on and so on.

Our proposal is to unite our actions and to react to the situation. Please, feel free to call us or to come on live chat on yahoo messenger: consultwr with our specialists working on your application.

Your call will enable us to inform you about the steps you need to take for such status obtaining, which allows you long term stay in the country and legal work right (business permission).

Dear :::::,

Thank you f or your email.

Your employer refused to file f or a work permit since they were asked to pay very high fee in the last moment. However, they will 1 00 % hire you i f you hold valid work permission that is why we suggest this procedure to you. Since it allows you to work for that employer or any other employer in Europe , you can change employers just as any regular European citizen.

This work permission status will make you independent o f a particular employer and let you work f or any employer you want.

We would like to brie f ly explain what needs to be done f rom here on.

What needs to be done f rom here on is: obtain a work permission and right o f long-term residence in the EU. We recommend you to obtain these through the procedure f or obtaining independent economic activity status, which is o f f ered in the EU countries.

Let us explain all o f the bene f its :

1. It allows you to work for that employer or any other employer in Europe , you can change employers just as any regular European citizen.
2. This work permission status will make you independent o f a particular employer and let you work f or any employer you want.
3. This status gives the right to work under regular work contract and well as develop independent economic activity either.
4. It allows you to bring your f amily with you and they will also have the right to work there legally (They have all the social bene f its just like the local ones)
5. Your children have all bene f its just like the local children - monthly bonuses, f ree textbooks, covered expenses f or clothes and f ood, and so on and so on.

- This permission allows you to change your employment without getting back to your country in case you loose your job (as is the case when you are working under regular work permit and it expires).

The documents necessary f or an independent economic activity permission application are as f ollows :

1. Business plan (including economic presentation)

2. National identity number application f orm

3. Detailed in f ormation about you

The documents are relatively complicated. In this regard we suggest that you search f or assistance f rom a specialist. You may search f or an agency in your country which provides such service since their charges will probably be lower.

We will also research f or some European companies, which deal with such paperwork. In case we f ind something suitable, we will ask them to e-mail an o f f er to you. So, f ollow your email regularly, including your BULK mail f olders as messages may land there accidentally.

In all cases we recommend you to get in touch with us again in 2 days in order to discuss what we have f ound out and how we will proceed.

Please, inform us what would be your next step by replying this letter or contacting our Recruitment Consultants online at their yahoo messenger ID CONSULTWR or through LIVE CHAT

Hello,

We gladly inform you that our agency is specializing in documents preparation and has solid experience in arranging paperwork for work permit application in the Kingdom of Spain.

We are a market leader and deal with a great amount of work permit application documents, which allows us to maintain one of the lowest prices for this kind of service.

High quality paperwork is guaranteed and complied with the requirements set by Oficina de Extranjeros – an administration in the Kingdom of Spain, which issues business permissions.

The country of Spain issues also business permissions for independent economic activity. That is the reason why the necessary package of documents is larger than usual and the number of pages can reach 70-100 depending on the applicant’s profession. An economic statement is to be prepared and applied to the applicant’s document package.

Regardless of the number of pages in your case we offer a stabile price of 54 pounds (equal to 60 euros) per package. It covers all the translations we shall make (original documents, forms, etc., including the economic statements.

The documents necessary for business permission obtaining are made up for each customer individually – considering their profession, education, background and other details. As we have already advised a special economic section, which proves that the applicant is not going to be a burden for the social system there, is also included in the package.

In case you decide to use our service you could pay our fee with a credit card, Western Union or Money Gram, or with bank transfer.

In order to speed up the process, as soon as we clear your payment we shall require your profile from your recruiter and will start working on your documents immediately. Upon receipt of all your documents we shall discuss it again and if necessary we shell ask you for final clarifications. The entire package will be ready two days after we gather all the information about you.

If you are happy with our terms and conditions, please, transfer the amount of 54 pounds. It could be paid online or with a bank transfer to the account of the branch where your documents will be processed:

BRIGHCOVE

Natwest Bank
Sort code: 607003
Account number: 50218808

121 High Street
Oxford, United Kingdom

SWIFT CODE: OX1 4DF

You could transfer the money from each bank in your country. Make sure that your name is stated as “sender” in the pay-slip.

In case you decide to pay with a credit card it could be done online from the following link:

http://brightcoveeto.com/link57.html

Beside those two payment options you could pay our service through the international payment system WESTERN UNION or Money Gram. In this case you should state “receiver name” “Minko Georgiev Genov” Plovdiv 4000, Republic of Bulgaria. After you send the money, please, e-mail us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

Payment reference:

As we have already clarified, our customers originating form your region (your country and the neighbour countries) are served by our branch in Republic of Bulgaria, a member-state of the European Union (despite that our expenses are lower there which allows us to reduce our service price – your documents will be prepared there which will not influence their quality negatively). When you get in Western Europe and decide to use our services again (please, see below), you will be served from our office in Liverpool, England.

So, it is going to cost you minimum expenses if you pay the fee with a credit card. If you do not have one, we recommend WESTERN UNION, which transfer fee is significantly lower than the banks’ one. You can also pay with a check or drafts.

If you pay with a check the amount should be 54 pounds which includes check cashing charge.

In all cases, your documents will be fully prepared in line with the standards and ready for submission two days after we clear the payment. In case you have any queries we shall gladly assist you at: [email protected] , yahoo messenger: docprogress or by phone: +359 888 756848.

Using the service provided by BROGH COVE you should have written our Terms and Conditions regarding books selling, administrative and law, translation and other service providing, stated on http://www.express-translation.co.uk

I have received exactly the same! But the thing is, I already acquired their services and [email protected]. I paid them 32Euro via WESTERN UNION thru the name of MINKO GEORGIEV GENOV. and have received all the documents they said I need like

1. CV European standard
2. Work permit application form
3. Motivation letter, containing
4. Your personal registration number from the foreign work force office

And now, after paying 32 euro, they're asking me again to send them another 16.50 euro for the courier so that they could send my papers to my prospective employer directly. I haven't paid them yet the additional 16.50 (which I think is a good thing if ever). But now, it got me thinking after reading all of this testimonies of yours. IS CENTRUMJOB really a scam together with [email protected]???OMG! My dad's going to kill me! PLEASE, CAN SOMEBODY ANSWER ME.IS THIS REALLY 100% SURE THAT THEY REALLY ARE SCAMS?

The answer is already posted for you.

Any employment offer that requires you to pay any kind of upfront "processing" fee is to be ignored. They are all scams.

Sorry, but you have been defrauded. Do not pay any more requested fees. It may sound like a small amount, which is why the scams are so effective. Multiply that number by tens or hundreds of similar payments (just for this ONE scam) and you begin to get the picture of how much money the scammers get. The scammers will be running many similar scams at the same time.

No matter how small the fee, never pay.

Dear =====,

We would like to emphasize that your job application is at a very important stage. As we have informed you earlier, we were able to provide an employer for you in Europe that is waiting for your documents. This is just the first step of your application. Your employer needs to receive the required documents first in order to start the procedure for issuing a work permit for you, which is the only way how a foreign employee can be hired legally in Ireland. The employer has confirmed about you and we were given the list of the necessary documents which have to accompany your application.

Our main duty, as a recruiter, is to coordinate your job application with the employer and observe your legal transfer throughout the whole application process till the successful start of the job. We are completely ready to assist you all the time, so that all the application process can run fast and smoothly.

We would like to state in advance that if you want us to help you in this work permit process, you would need to strictly follow our rules of work and guidance.

We believe we have sent you list of requirements earlier. However, we consider that you may experience certain difficulties and that is why, we would like to make a short summary of your case so far.

We would like to make several important points in regard with your Job application:

1. JOB OFFER DETAILS: We are glad to represent you the vacancy you are considered for.

Job Description: Caregiver

Workplace: Nursing homes chain

Start Salary: 2500 Euro/month = 149 162 pesos/month

Job Location: Dublin , Ireland

Working hours: 40 per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Permanent / Full Time

Work contract: Valid for 1 year with an option of renewal for 3 then 5 years.

Accommodation: First class accommodation will be provided in proximity to the work place and paid for by the employer (separate bedroom and bath, furnished, utilized) /family accommodation is also available if needed/

Medical Insurance: Employer provides you with comprehensive health care for the term of the contract -medical/dental and retirement insurance

Other benefits: Annual vacations, plane ticket and visa fees covered by the employer, pension schemes

2. DOCUMENTS and DEADLINES

The employer is presently expecting your fully prepared application package for further work permit processing. It is your own responsibility to complete and submit your application set to the employer.

This is the list of the documents:

1. Personal work force registration number

2. CV – European format

3. Work Permit Form (filled in with your details) – you need to fill in only part 2

4. Cover Letter

Notice: Passport is not a mandatory requirement at this stage, it shall be required at a later stage in the process at the embassy and you can process it meanwhile.

DEADLINE FOR PREPARATION OF THE DOCUMENTS - November 18th.

It means your application set needs to be entirely prepared PRIOR that date. Once deadline is missed we cancel the application altogether and our policy is not to work again on applications with missed deadlines.

Please, note: The personal work force registration number is mandatory as the employer will not be able to apply for your work permit if you do not have this registration. It will prove that you are legal on the labour market. The registration number at the state work force service would help the employer in the process of legally employing you - as you would already be registered in the lists, the employer will be able to just go in the work force service, point your number and state that he/she would like to hire exactly you. This makes the procedure very simple and completely legal

If you do not have a personal registration number in work force, then your application cannot proceed, even if you have all other documents prepared!

The personal work force registration can be completed only through specialized companies based here in Europe!

The CV and the Work Permit Form that are due to be submitted to the employer are located at the following link: http://www.centrumjobs.com/result.html

Preparation of your application documents – Step-by Step Guide:

1) You should obtain your personal work force registration number first.

2) After you obtain your personal work force registration number, then accurately fill in the documents (CV,

Motivation letter, Work permit application form), so that your official application package is complete.

3) E-mail us your prepared documents including your work force registration number. We will review them

and enclose the address of your employer. Then we will send you back the documents.

4) You have to print the documents and send a paper copy of the documents to the employer. You may send

them via courier.

3. RECOMMENDATION of a Documents Preparation Company:

Since we consider that you may experience some difficulties in the preparation of the documents and the extremely short deadlines for the application set preparation, we have disclosed here the contacts of a specialized European-based documents preparation company that is working online. This company can register you in state work force office and prepare your CV, Work permit form and Cover letter in only 1 day.

The contacts of the company are:

Yahoo-messenger: DOCPARTNER

E-mail: [email protected]

BRIGHCCOVE Co.

We encourage you to contact them and immediately coordinate for 1 day application set preparation. They can prepare all application set items in accordance with the current European standards and they have been successfully used by many applicants from your country. Furthermore, most of these applicants are already successfully working in Europe .

4. PROCEDURE

The entire procedure for your legal hiring consists of the following steps:

1/ Preparation of application documents and sending them to your employer

2/ The employer receives your documents and processes them towards work permit

3/ After the work permit is issued, then the employer sends you the work permit directly along with your work contract and other work visa supporting documents

4/ After that you will need to go to the Irish embassy to obtain your visa

5/ You depart for Europe and start your new job

You are presently at step 1 - Preparation of application documents

You are welcome to contact us for any further questions.

You may reach us online at yahoo messenger: CENTRUMHELP or through LIVE CHAT

Best Regards,

Centrumjobs Team

This post and the post before this were written by the same person, who clearly did not understand that our system is set up so that we can see when someone tries to create multiple fake users who just happen to be hiding behind the same uncommon proxy! I have left this post intact to show the lengths to which these scammers are willing to go to steal your money- dotti.

Now I`m working as housekeeper. It was difficult for me to find good job agency. I used the services of centrumjobs. I would advise you to trust them since they helped me and placed me to work in Europe.

http://centrumjobs.com/contact_us.html
Drummond Street, Regent's Place, London NW1

The address on the website appears to be genuine at first glance, but it is made up of two different physical locations in the same area, and the postal code is incomplete.
1. Drummond Street does exist.
2. Regent's Place does exist.
They are NOT the same place, it is a bogus address because put together it DOES NOT EXIST!

CENTRUMJOBS.COM is a fraud, and no amount of praise from bogus internet users will change that.

The very fact that this "company" is offering UK housekeeper jobs to people in certain countries shows it is a scam.

If you are not from certain countries, you cannot get a job as a domestic worker in UK without meeting very strict criteria. For example, people in the Philippines (and many other countries) are bound by the following requirement:

You must be able to show evidence for the following.

* You are aged 18 to 65 (inclusive).
* You have been working as a domestic worker in the same house as your employer for at least one year immediately before your application, or you have been working in a household that your employer uses regularly for themselves for at least one year immediately before your application, and you can show that there is a connection between you and your employer.

For other migrant work in UK, a points-based system applies. You cannot get a job anywhere in UK (and Ireland, referenced above, is part of UK) without meeting the point requirements. It is not easy to meet those requirements. In addition to the basic requirements for points, you cannot get a visa unless you hold very specific English language qualifications, and have a certain amount of money in your bank account!
If a translator is required to prepare your documents, then you clearly are not going to meet the language requirements to get a UK visa.

Side note: These scammers could use a translation service themselves--their poor English makes it quite clear that they are not from London!

Edit to add: I have just done a bit of checking on visas for Spain, and this requirement jumps out at me immediately:

The visa application must be made in person in the Diplomatic Mission or Spanish Consular Office in the country in which the applicant legally resides.
