Dear Friend,

WARNING: You are being scammed by Sanchez Laura ([email protected])

I am a member of a group that investigates internet fraud, and I am writing to
warn you that you are being targeted by a Rental Scammer.

Common red flags indicating a scam:

- The landlord is in another country.
- You have not been inside the property.
- You are required to pay a deposit or advance rent before you have met the
landlord or signed a lease.
- You are required to send money by Western Union or MoneyGram.
- You are told to send money to yourself, your friend or relative, or to a lawyer
or agent to prove that you are serious, or that you have the money available.

The scammer does not own the property that you are being offered, and
therefore cannot let it, or any part of it, to you. All photographs of the property
were stolen from other websites.

Some rental scammers have created their own fake property website to add
believability to their scam. The presence of a website does not indicate any l
egitimacy of the person behind the emails.

Please do not send this scammer any money. The scammer does not have
any properties to let to you.

Do not send any money by Western Union or MoneyGram to anyone, including
yourself, or to friends or relatives, as instructed by the scammer. The scammer
may intercept the money and steal it.

Please understand that the scammer or his accomplices are playing any further
roles in this scam, including supposed barristers/lawyers, bankers, property
agents, etc.

Please do the following:

1. Stop all contact with the scammer.
2. Do not notify the scammer that you have received this warning.
3. Please write back to me, so that I know you have read and understood this
email. I'm also happy to answer any further questions you might have.
