This claims to be a UK recruitment company and yet they don't speak English well, don't use English spelling, are referring to government departments that don't exist and pin numbers that are not part of any system used by the UK government.

THE FIRST STEP to getting any sort of visa to visit the UK is to go to the UK Embassy in your home country. There is no other way to get to the UK and until you have done that you are throwing your money away by paying money to a scammer.

35 & 37 are empty shops.
