He's a definately SCAMMER!! Watch out him!!

I got the below email from Mr. Kelly Brown. Ladies, watch out him please! He tried to convince me that he's not a scammer but I found out he is the one.

I found out that the scammer Kelly Brown is the same person who had been reported here as a romance scammer under his name Mark Vin Brown in 2009 as follows because his address is exactly same as the one indicated in AWB copy sent to me from Kelly Brown except phone number. It means that he hasn't been caught yet unfortunately. There shoud be lots of victims so far!!
He must be caught ASAP!!!

Sadly sj38k, getting scammers "caught" and arrested is a very long shot. The best we can do is educate, warn, support victims and expose scammers.

I am not saying scammers have never been arrested, it isn't as easy as it seems to be. Scammers hide behind made up names and details. It would take a law enforcement agency in the country the scammer lives in taking an interest. Then victims would have to be willing to come forward and testify in that country with proof that the accused is the person who scammed them.

You are helping do what we know we can do. Expose scammers tactics and educate others to their stories and the email addresses they use. We DO make a difference by doing what you see here.You are an important part of what we do, thank you!

The package got stoke in Malasia and in order to liberate "someone" have to pay US$465.00 the currier page is http://www.globycs.com/index.html


What he wanted you to do? to pay the fee?

The site was just created a couple days ago. Definitely a scam. He wants you to pay the fees to get the shipment released (probably by Western Union) and then he'll probably try to find other ways to get money from you.

guys is there any way to trace the scammers and arrest them.

skycourierss.net is registered to someone in Malaysia, but the misspelling in the email is found only, as far as I know, in the writing of West Africans. You can trace where the email came from by looking at the headers (Received and X-originating-IP in particular). Could you post some previous messages he sent you, with full headers? That will help to get the site shut down.

The email you posted is a scam letter. The scammer is setting the stage for a money request.

There is no package sent to you. He will have a third person mail you. That third person / shipper / agent are all the same person (scammer). The shipping company will inform you that in order for the package to be cleared, released and shipped you must send money by Western Union, Money Gram or bank transfer.

If you send money you will never see it again.

Stop communicating with him and do not inform him that he is posted here.

Please post the email address he used with you. This will help other when googling his email address.
