I figured this didn't fit under Army scams because this guy is claiming to be a U.S. Marine who discovered an illegal stash while serving in Iraq and wants help, transferring the clandestine booty to the U.S.! Following is the raw source data of the E mail which we received:

What we discovered when we went searching for answers about this spooky E mail is that OTHER people have ALSO received not only E mail - but also TELEPHONE calls - from similarly related persons.

Following is a link to a web page at 800 Notes which includes a lot of information about the strange telephone calls which someone apparently connected with this scam has been making:

Grimmage, Kenyatta Centell at 800 Notes

We figured this was a new wrinkle on the "Army" scam - only these guys have switched their service of choice to the Marines!

Seems like someone from the Army and/or Marines would be able to do something about this shocking misuse of the good name of military organizations!

Sincerely,

Celestina1810
