Hi All ,

Can you people help me out with this mail and assist me about it.[/b]

Greetings from your Recruitment Agency!

We have wonderful news for you: we have achieved an "OK" regarding the acceptance of your application!

In other words, we are extremely happy that you have successfully passed through this very important initial stage.

What follows from now on is:

- an immediate task to prepare, together with you, a perfect set of documents, needed presently by the employer. This will also be necessary considering the employer's potential actions regarding the submission of your application in the relevant state services for work permission issuance. Preparation and provision of all work permission issuance-related documents, expected from the worker, saves time and hopefully will facilitate the decision- making process.

Let us remind you that due to the high state fee, paid for joining of a foreign worker, some employers give up filing even at the very last moment, although they have initially confirmed their intention to submit the documents. We hope that your case will not develop like that. So - we have the task to prepare together with you a perfect application set, containing all necessary items. Your documents should be accurately prepared, featuring all required information. The work permission acquisition forms should be filled in the sections, relevant to you (the worker).
This is the list of application items you need to prepare:

1/ personal identification number in the foreign labor office
2/ CV European format
3/ work permit form
4/ motivation letter

The CV and the work permit form that are due to be submitted to the employer are located at the following link: click here
It is commonly accepted to also enclose a letter of motivation (it is a standard procedure - all that makes a part of the applicant's file kept by the 'Human Resources' Department once the applicant starts working).
According to the preliminary requirements, the letter of motivation should contain your personal identification number in the foreign labor office - it should be written in bold font. We would like to remind you that the personal identification number in the foreign labor office is a preliminary requirement, which is mandatory for all our users. This is a free procedure, which is accomplished by you personally or through companies, specializing in the provision of such services (here bellow in this letter, we will enclose contacts of a few companies, regularly used by our users). We believe that one potential obtaining of such a personal identification number will facilitate the particular employer. After a given application is listed in the database of the foreign labor office, it becomes OFFICIALLY PRESENT on the labor market, i.e. it becomes legitimate. It results in a situation where the labor office itself is the institution which offers the particular worker to the employer. This exact information is FILLED IN the relevant official documents and sections (the different administrative offices handle it differently). At some locations, according to the current situation on the labor market, the employer could even benefit from this - a discount or even waiver of the entire fee for the work permission issue for a foreign worker. This will save considerable expenses to the employer. Considering this, the personal identification number in the foreign labor office is an obligatory condition (after all, the procedure is easy and can be completed within one-two days).

Particular steps to follow:

1. Mandatory obtaining of a personal identification number in the foreign labor office. We enclose a few companies, which have been used by our users many times and which provide this service for free. Some of these companies offer combined services, such as preparation of documents, services for work visa issue, obtaining various numbers in different state offices, etc. We suggest that you send an email to some of them (or to all of the listed companies), for example, a message with the following text:

Subject: Obtaining a personal identification number in the foreign labor office. Application to work in Ireland

Text:

Dear Sirs,

Your company was recommended to me as a provider of services for obtaining a personal identification number in the foreign labor office, in the category 'Foreign workers'. Could you please send me further information or proper documents (forms) which I should fill in, as I wish to obtain such a number through you. I already have a potential employer in Ireland, with whom I intend to submit my documents for work (application).
Thank you for the kind attention in advance!

Yours faithfully,

................... /your name/

This message could be sent to:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

We hope that in this way you will be able to obtain a personal identification number in the foreign labor office successfully in the next few days. If you encounter any difficulties, please, inform us immediately via e-mail. In this case, put a subject 'DIFFICULTY' to your e-mail. You may also contact us online at Yahoo-Messenger: EUJOBINVEST or Live Chat.

2. After you receive your personal identification NUMBER in the foreign labor office, please, proceed to fill in and format the documents, which should be submitted with the employer. We would like to remind you that you could download the documents from the already mentioned link. Please enclose a letter of motivation, containing the personal identification number written in bold font.

A summary of the steps so far:

- Your work transfer procedure is at a very important stage. Your application set of documents should be prepared and officially submitted to your employer as soon as possible, observing the specified deadline. It should contain accurately filled in documents and forms.
- The preparation of your application is mainly your responsibility. If you encounter difficulties in the preparation process we can render methodical support or practical piece of advice. Do not hesitate to write us. Put a subject 'DIFFICULTY' to your letter. You may also contact us online at Yahoo-Messenger: EUJOBINVEST or Live Chat.
- The first step to be accomplished is to acquire a personal identification number in the foreign labor office. You could obtain it on your own or using one of the quoted companies, which complete such services for free. For this purpose you should send them a text - same or similar to the suggested one.
- After you obtain your personal identification number in the foreign labor office, accurately fill in the documents, which will make your official application package complete. Also, enclose the motivation letter, in which, apart from its motivational part, you need to fill in bold font your personal identification number in the foreign labor office.
- Send us the prepared documents - they would be reviewed by specialists before their submission with the employer. The documents should be sent to our e-mail, as an attachment. Please, put 'Documents' as a subject to the e-mail. We will enclose the address of the employer and we will send you back the documents. Paper copy of the documents needs to be sent to the employer.
- please, print them on high-quality paper and send them to the employer via post or courier.

***
We would like to remind you that the plane tickets are usually paid by the employer. He/she could do this absolutely free with no further obligations or, for example, deduct the amount on small installments from your initial salaries. As our organization has the opportunity to welcome you in Ireland, our representative will meet you at the airport upon your potential arrival.

We wish you to reach this stage successfully! Of course, it is important that we make together all little preliminary steps, necessary and expected from us to be completed.

Yours sincerely:

Welcome to Scamwarners.
100% fake. the English is odd and not the writer' native language. Most of the email addresses are free Gmail ones apart from Career Peak which is a typical example of a domain registered only for scamming. One year registration and the website is under construction.

Hi Soumya,

As Arnold already said, this is definately fake? Please take a look here and compare the emails: viewtopic.php?p=53139#p53139
..or here: viewtopic.php?p=47188#p47188

I am very interested in the headers of the emails coming from careers-peak.com, could you please post them?

If you are unsure what headers are or how to find them, tell us which email provider you use and we'll explain :)

Those headers contain valuable proof for ur that the website is involved, and we need them in order to shut down his domain. Your own email adress may appear in them a few times so please check the headers thoroughly and remove your own adress first. Thanks! :D

Hi!

I received the same email. I knew it was too good to be true. Its a good thing I researched first. this is where I applied online: http://www.e-londonjobs.com. If its a scam. Please shut it down as well. Almost paid the 33Euros for the documentation. That was a very close call.

can I ask for a favor? Is there a way to block these scammers from accessing my email? what options do you suggest?

Thank you very much!

You saved my money...=)
#57778 by drizzlebaby Mon Jul 04, 2011 12:51 pm
this is the address that is said to be documentation experts http://documents-translations.com/index.html.
they asked for 33euros for their service. Also part of the scam right?

Reading the posts here at scamwarners.com makes me feel relieved and frustrated all at the same time.
I am relieved because I didnt fall for the scam. Yet somehow Frustrated. I am sad because I was really expecting it to be all real.

Lesson learned! thanks to the admin of this site..=)

I'm glad you were able to avoid being scammed. You are correct. This site is part of the scam.

Domain Name: DOCUMENTS-TRANSLATIONS.COM
Registrar: 000DOMAINS LLC
Whois Server: whois.dotster.com
Referral URL: http://www.dotster.com
Name Server: NS95.ICNDNS.NET
Name Server: NS96.ICNDNS.NET
Status: ok
Updated Date: 28-may-2011
Creation Date: 25-mar-2011
Expiration Date: 25-mar-2012

So the site was created just over 3 months ago, and only registered for a year. The registrant is also hiding behind a privacy service. For a public business selling services, this is another significant red flag.

Our site killers will take a look at this site and see if they can get it taken down. If you received any emails directly from this domain, please post them with headers (remove your name/email) as they will help with the evidence needed.

This is typical of a fake site used to make the scam seem more believable.

And the address @workpermit.com has frequently been used in previous scam emails.
If you scroll to the top of this page Soumya and type in some of the addresses into the search box, you may be surprised at what you see. :yikes: I'm glad you asked the question before proceeding oherwise we would have witnessed a sad outcome. Your report has saved someone in the future.

I have received this email... plz tell me whether it is fraud or not?

Dear Monika

Thank you for your email.

We would like to inform you that we will provide employer’s contact details, immediately after we verify that the application package meets the standards and contains all the required items:

1. Europass CV
2. Work Permission Application Form
3. Job Application Letter
4. European Union work office number or regional (countries office) number which is mandatory and it can be obtained only through Specialized European-based Agency, that offer this service, you cannot obtain it yourself from your country.

We believe you will agree with us that if we give employer’s name and address to all the applicants, they will apply by themselves and we will lose our commission as an intermediary company. Not to mention that you might give the address to other people and they can start sending documents there or call and cause disturbance.

We would like to assure you that we are taking care of your interests.

We want you to understand us correctly - the employer expects to receive official copy of the documents we have already mentioned. Once we confirm you have all requirements we shall release their name and contacts.

Your next step in the process of your application is to prepare the documents, which your employer needs from you.

We strongly recommend you to contact the agency we have suggested in our previous letter since the personal identification number can only be obtained by European based agency (you cannot obtain it in your country). They offer high-quality services and can also assist you in the preparation of all of the requirements. Here are their contacts once again:

E-mail: [email protected]
YAHOO-messenger: Joineudocs

YOUR DEADLINE CLOSING IS: 8th July.

Observation of the specified deadlines is extremely important. Once deadline is missed without notification from your side we cancel application. Our practice is no to work on applications with missed deadlines. You will no longer be on our transfer list and we will no longer be at your services.

We would like to confirm that our procedure is completely legal as it involves Work Permission Application Form. After obtaining it, employer will send it right back to you along with all other visa support documents so that you can go to the embassy in your country and get your working visa. This way you will be able to work absolutely legally in Ireland and this should assure you that the procedure is completely 100% legal.

We would like to receive feedback from you clearly stating your intensions towards this application.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any questions.

If you need to contact us you may reply this letter or contact our Recruitment Consultants online at their yahoo messenger ID: onlinejobconsultant through Real-time online chat - http://manchester-career.com/chat/connectc.html

It's a scam.

European Union work office number or regional (countries office) number which is mandatory and it can be obtained only through Specialized European-based Agency, that offer this service, you cannot obtain it yourself from your country.

This is an invention of the scammers. There is no such thing. They are sending you to their fake agency, and you will be required to send money to the fake agency for the "paperwork" or "documents."

We believe you will agree with us that if we give employer’s name and address to all the applicants, they will apply by themselves and we will lose our commission as an intermediary company. Not to mention that you might give the address to other people and they can start sending documents there or call and cause disturbance.

They are not giving you a company name because there is no job, and they want to get your money before you realize it's a scam. If they give you a phony company name, they know you might research and find out it doesn't exist. If they give you a real company name, they know some victims might call the real company, and find out there is no job. So instead they give you an excuse for hiding the company name. Real recruiters are up front about the companies they are recruiting for, and they have contracts with those companies that ensure they get their fees. If you were really at the point of a job offer, they would not be hiding the identity of the company from you.

Please, put 'Documents' as a subject to the e-mail. We will enclose the address of the employer and we will send you back the documents. Paper copy of the documents needs to be sent to the employer.
- please, print them on high-quality paper and send them to the employer via post or courier.

Welcome ycart120! Good to know your father is safe.

I haven't been scammed, but I can tell you something about the progess of this type of scam.

This initial amount of €33 is just the first tiny step in a long stair of other "fees" to be paid. If the victims pays once, the scammer figures he has found a gullible person. He gradually invents other, higher fees: money to be sent to prove that the applicant is able to support himself for the first few weeks (an imaginary "basic travel allowance held in escrow" by some fake authority), a lawyer is needed, a travel agency has to provide a flight ticket, an appartment must be rented ... the demands will continue and increase until the victim is bled dry and gives up.

actually I tried to chat with them just to be sure of what their answer will be. ( i just want to share it for the others benefit as well):

I tried to ask the employer's information so we could double check:

globassist: Have you managed to establish contact with a representative of the translate agency?
Me: yes. they already explained to me the process and we are processing for the payment
Me: though one part of our conversation and on their website that they would need employers information
Me: is it possible for you to provide me the employers company name and address?
globassist: We will provide the employer's name and address IMMEDIATELY AFTER we check and verify that the application package meets the standards and contains all required items.
globassist: The employer's details will be written in your official documents, which you would have to send personally to the employer's company.
globassist: Let me know if you understand, please?
globassist: Are you still there?
Me: yes.
Me: sorry the process is just very new to me
Me: I just want to make sure im doing the right thing that is required
globassist: I understand. That is why I am here to guide you.
globassist: Let me know what would be your next step?

Thats the only answer that i got.

I have a question. since we are offshore, is it really required for us to have Europass CV ,Work Permission Application Form,Job Application Letter and European Union work office number (countries office number) ?
