Without the message it is hard to tell what the email is about, but the origin of it is

So the best guess is that it will be a scam.

Hello maltbabe,

Please post up more information so others who might be in contact with this person will be able to know who or what they are dealing with.

I did some parsing of your post and see that the topic is "I Love You". If you have never met this person face to face, and only communicated through the internet, I agree with John. It certainly has the markings of a scam.

Please do post up more information.

I have also been communicating with a "Melvin Holms" with a different e-mail address. The e-mail that I have for him is [email protected]. We met through "tagged" dating site about 2 months ago and talk EVERY night on yahoo chat. I'm really confused because there is information that he seems legit. When I search the phone number that he uses to text and his name, I do get information connecting the name with where he is from. He has also used the webcam with me. I'm being cautious and trying to find out if this person is for real or a con man.

Knowing Tagged as I do it is more than likely to be a scam. If you can give us /me the Tagged name location age, even the URL from top line of your browser when you see the profile, we can do something about it and if it is a scammer profile render it almost impossible to operate. We also get useful info about further activities and can increase the warnings we can post.

Melvin Holms is a SCAM. These scammers perfect themselves as this is their job. I strongly suggest that you saty away from him. BLOCK him from your chat and make sure to keep copies of all his e-mails.

Hope this helps!
