I didn't follow it, but this appeared to be spam rather than scam, as it wants to redirect to a site selling pharmacy drugs.

Strange thing, I got these 3 e-mails the same day but they seem to be from 3 different people.

Again, they are drug spam, not actually scams. The spammers just send them out to mass mailing lists using random facebook names--it is very common to see the same spam appearing to come from multiple senders as the scammers attempt to flood your inbox with their links to increase the likelihood of a click.
