im currently talking to someone on skype and yahoo messagener but hes now going under a different miller name but telling me exactly the same as what this david miller is saying im goin along with it waiting for him to ask me for money is there anyway of reporting him

There is nothing further to gain by keep talking with him. We know he is a scammer. It could take months before he will start to ask for money. There is no one to report this to. He is using a fake name and in a Country where the police will take a bribe to look the other way. As you can see, scammers will keep the same script but change their names.

It is best to stop all contact with him and not to inform him that you know he is a scammer. He will only continue to lie.

Please post the new name and email address he is using now. This will help other women avoid him.

He emerge again with this name on FB.
He uses at least 6 names such as General Miller Michael, George Salmon, Miller Neim Neim, Miller Donald, and Etajeruo Andrew Barnard.
The last one is that a scammer recently uses on Facebook.
The pictures are the same person.
It can also be found out Linkedin.
He is now friend with my cousin so I checked online and I told her that he is a scammer. Because during conversation she asked for his origin for his name 'Etajeruo', and he replied that it is nick name and the real name is Genersl David Miller. So it is sure 100% scamming.
Just for reference for protecting others not to be victim.
